熟(shu)悉(xi)下CONTRINEX光電(dian)開關(guan)的好(hao)壞(huai)檢測

CONTRINEX光電(dian)開關(guan)在壹般情況(kuang)下由(you)發送(song)器、接(jie)收(shou)器和(he)檢(jian)測電(dian)路這(zhe)三(san)部(bu)分組(zu)成。發(fa)送(song)器對(dui)準(zhun)目(mu)標(biao)發(fa)射(she)光束(shu),發射(she)的光(guang)束(shu)壹般來(lai)源(yuan)於半(ban)導體(ti)光源,發光二極(ji)管(guan)(LED)、激(ji)光二(er)極(ji)管(guan)及紅(hong)外(wai)發射(she)二極(ji)管(guan)。光(guang)束不間(jian)斷的發(fa)射(she)或者(zhe)改變(bian)脈沖(chong)寬度(du)。而接(jie)收(shou)器有(you)光電(dian)二極(ji)管(guan)、光(guang)電(dian)三(san)極(ji)管(guan)、光(guang)電(dian)池組成(cheng)。在(zai)接(jie)收(shou)器的前(qian)面,裝有(you)光學(xue)元(yuan)件(jian)如透鏡(jing)和(he)光圈等。在其後面是檢測電(dian)路,它能濾出有(you)效信(xin)號和(he)應用(yong)該(gai)信號。此(ci)外,光(guang)電(dian)開關(guan)的結(jie)構元(yuan)件(jian)中還有(you)發射(she)板和(he)光導纖(xian)維。
光電(dian)開關(guan)已(yi)被(bei)用(yong)作(zuo)物位(wei)檢(jian)測、液位(wei)控(kong)制(zhi)、產(chan)品計數、寬度(du)判(pan)別(bie)、速度(du)檢測、定(ding)長(chang)剪(jian)切(qie)、孔洞識(shi)別(bie)、信(xin)號延(yan)時、自(zi)動門(men)傳(chuan)感、色(se)標(biao)檢(jian)出、沖床(chuang)和剪(jian)切機以及安(an)全防(fang)護等諸多(duo)領(ling)域。而且(qie),利(li)用(yong)紅(hong)外(wai)線的隱(yin)蔽性(xing),還可在銀(yin)行(xing)、倉庫、商(shang)店、辦公(gong)室(shi)以(yi)及其(qi)它需要的場(chang)合(he)作為(wei)防(fang)盜(dao)警戒(jie)之(zhi)用(yong)。
常(chang)用(yong)的光(guang)電(dian)開關(guan)都(dou)有(you)4個引出腳(jiao),兩(liang)個是(shi)紅(hong)外(wai)發射(she)二極(ji)管(guan)的引腳(jiao),兩(liang)個是(shi)光(guang)接(jie)納(na)的光(guang)敏晶體管(guan)。
要(yao)找出紅(hong)外(wai)發射(she)的兩(liang)根引腳(jiao):因(yin)為(wei)4根引腳(jiao)很(hen)清楚(chu)地能分出相鄰(lin)的兩(liang)根引線(xian)是(shi)壹組,可用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)Rx1k電(dian)阻檔(dang),在(zai)光電(dian)開關(guan)不受(shou)光(guang)的情(qing)況(kuang)下,用(yong)測正反向電(dian)阻的辦(ban)法,很簡(jian)單就(jiu)能找出只要壹組有(you)正、反(fan)向電(dian)阻的引線(xian),另(ling)壹組引線(xian)阻值(zhi)都(dou)是無(wu)窮(qiong)大。這(zhe)樣就(jiu)可以斷(duan)定(ding)出有(you)正、反(fan)向電(dian)阻的這(zhe)兩(liang)根引線(xian)是(shi)紅(hong)外(wai)發光二極(ji)管(guan)的引線(xian)並且(qie)在正向電(dian)阻時,黑表筆接(jie)的即(ji)是(shi)紅(hong)外(wai)發射(she)管(guan)的正(zheng)極(ji)。
在無(wu)光照(zhao)射(she)在光(guang)電(dian)開關(guan)上時兩(liang)根引線(xian)都(dou)是無(wu)窮(qiong)大的壹組即(ji)是光(guang)敏晶體管(guan)的C、E引線(xian),在(zai)用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)Rx1k檔紅(hong)表(biao)筆接(jie)壹根引線(xian)、黑(hei)表筆(bi)接(jie)壹根引線(xian),然後讓光(guang)電(dian)開關(guan)見光(guang),看表針(zhen)向右(you)搖(yao)擺的狀(zhuang)態(tai);再把紅(hong)、黑(hei)表筆對調(tiao),再(zai)讓光(guang)電(dian)開關(guan)見光(guang),記(ji)下表針(zhen)向右(you)擺的狀(zhuang)態(tai),兩(liang)次(ci)測驗(yan),有(you)光或(huo)無(wu)光,萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)指針(zhen)偏轉起(qi)伏(fu)大的壹次(ci)黑表筆(bi)接(jie)的是(shi)光(guang)敏晶體管(guan)的集(ji)電(dian)極(ji)C,剩余(yu)的壹根引線(xian)即(ji)為(wei)光(guang)敏晶體管(guan)的E極(ji)。
如果(guo)能符合(he)上述規(gui)則(ze)的CONTRINEX光(guang)電(dian)開關(guan)即是(shi)好(hao)的,不(bu)符合(he)上述規(gui)則(ze)的則(ze)是(shi)壞(huai)的!
