HUBNER編碼器的電(dian)源供電及傳(chuan)輸(shu)距(ju)離(li)
HUBNER編(bian)碼器光碼盤上(shang)有(you)許(xu)多(duo)道光通(tong)道(dao)刻線(xian),每(mei)道刻(ke)線(xian)依(yi)次以(yi)2線(xian)、4線、8線、16線等(deng)編(bian)排,這(zhe)樣(yang),在編(bian)碼器的每(mei)壹個(ge)位(wei)置,通(tong)過(guo)讀取每(mei)道刻(ke)線(xian)的(de)通(tong)、暗(an),獲(huo)得壹組從(cong)2的零次方到(dao)2的(de)n-1次方*的2進制編(bian)碼(格雷(lei)碼),這就稱為(wei)n位(wei)編(bian)碼器。這樣(yang)的(de)編(bian)碼器是由(you)光(guang)電(dian)碼盤的(de)機(ji)械位(wei)置決(jue)定(ding)的(de),它不受(shou)停電、幹(gan)擾(rao)的影(ying)響。
HUBNER編(bian)碼器的電(dian)源供電:
壹般式編(bian)碼器工作電源有兩(liang)種(zhong):5Vdc或10-30Vdc。式(shi)編碼器用的(de)是(shi)10-30Vdc,就可(ke)以用(yong)PLC24V電源,需(xu)要註(zhu)意(yi):
1.編(bian)碼器耗(hao)電(dian)流(liu),PLC電(dian)源功率(lv)範圍內;
2.編(bian)碼器如(ru)實並(bing)行(xing)輸出(chu),連(lian)接(jie)PLC I/O點(dian),需(xu)了解(jie)編(bian)碼器信號(hao)電(dian)平是推(tui)拉式輸(shu)出(chu)集(ji)電(dian)極(ji)開路輸(shu)出,如(ru)果是(shi)集(ji)電極(ji)開路輸(shu)出,有(you)N型和P型兩(liang)種(zhong),需(xu)要與(yu)PLC I/O極(ji)性相(xiang)同。如(ru)果推(tui)來(lai)是輸(shu)出(chu)則連(lian)接(jie)沒有(you)什(shen)麽(me)問題;
3.編碼器如(ru)是串行(xing)輸出(chu),壹(yi)半(ban)輸出信(xin)號電(dian)平是5V,連(lian)接(jie)時候(hou)要小心,不要讓(rang)24V電(dian)源電平串入5V信(xin)號(hao)接線中去而(er)損(sun)害編碼器信號(hao)端(duan)。

SSI大傳(chuan)輸(shu)距(ju)離(li)理(li)論(lun)上(shang)是(shi)可(ke)達(da)400m。16位(wei)並(bing)行(xing)輸出(chu),實(shi)際也可(ke)達(da)到(dao)3萬(wan)多(duo)分之(zhi)壹分辨率(lv)了,其(qi)主總(zong)量(liang)程(cheng)上減(jian)小輸出(chu),4096圈大部分情(qing)況下(xia)不會用(yong)到(dao)。精(jing)度(du)上如(ru)是高程(cheng)檢測(ce),例(li)如(ru)水(shui)閘或卷(juan)揚提(ti)升,可(ke)到(dao)毫(hao)米級,更(geng)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)實際上受(shou)機(ji)械安裝,精(jing)度(du)限制也(ye)沒有(you)意(yi)義。
