造(zao)紙鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)烘缸作(zuo)為特(te)殊材(cai)質(zhi)的壓(ya)力容(rong)器(qi),給(gei)我(wo)們的定(ding)期(qi)檢(jian)驗帶(dai)來(lai)不少(shao)難(nan)題(ti)。連雲港(gang)市有家(jia)韓(han)資公司(si)——甲(jia)乙(連雲港(gang))粘膠(jiao)有限(xian)公司(si),有(you)50余(yu)臺的鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)烘缸,我(wo)們於2003、2009、2013年兩次(ci)對其進(jin)行了(le)定(ding)期(qi)檢(jian)驗,有(you)壹點心(xin)得,在(zai)此和大(da)家(jia)壹起(qi)探討(tao)。
1設計、制(zhi)造(zao)標準
烘缸的(de)設計制(zhi)造(zao)在(zai)85年前還(hai)沒有(you)國(guo)統(tong)壹的(de)行業(ye)專(zhuan)業標準,均以各企業(ye)和(he)地方標準設計制(zhi)造(zao),比較(jiao)混亂(luan)。85年12月中國(guo)輕(qing)工業(ye)總(zong)公司(si)頒布了行(xing)業(ye)標準Q/QJI-1-85《制(zhi)紙(zhi)機械用(yong)烘缸技(ji)術(shu)條件(jian)》後,烘缸的(de)設計制(zhi)造(zao)才(cai)有(you)了較統(tong)壹的(de)標準。但(dan)它(ta)也未(wei)明確(que)鑄鐵(tie)烘缸作(zuo)為壓力容(rong)器(qi)所(suo)必(bi)須(xu)遵(zun)循的(de)規範(fan)和其(qi)它相(xiang)關標準。直到(dao)88年4月,原(yuan)輕(qing)工業(ye)部發(fa)布的專(zhuan)業標準ZBY91003-88《造(zao)紙機械用(yong)鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)烘缸技(ji)術(shu)條件(jian)》以頒布後,該(gai)標註(zhu)才(cai)在(zai)正(zheng)文中明確(que)“烘缸應(ying)符合本(ben)標準及壓力容(rong)器(qi)安(an)全(quan)監(jian)察(cha)有關(guan)的規定(ding),並(bing)按(an)規定(ding)程(cheng)度批準的工(gong)作(zuo)圖(tu)樣及技(ji)術(shu)文件(jian)制(zhi)造(zao)”。此標準規定(ding)了(le)烘缸的(de)引(yin)用(yong)標準、材(cai)質(zhi)要求(qiu)、加工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)要(yao)求(qiu)和試驗與(yu)檢(jian)驗規則(ze),以及包(bao)裝、標誌(zhi)、運輸(shu)、貯(zhu)存的規定(ding),其(qi)基(ji)本(ben)原(yuan)則(ze)是與(yu)《固(gu)容(rong)規》相(xiang)吻合的(de)。隨(sui)著我(wo)國(guo)科(ke)學技(ji)術(shu)的(de)進(jin)步(bu)和(he)造(zao)紙工(gong)業的(de)發(fa)展,中華人(ren)民(min)共和國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)發展與(yu)改(gai)革委(wei)員(yuan)會於2008年3月制(zhi)訂(ding)了烘缸設計執(zhi)行(xing)標準:QB/T2556—2008《造(zao)紙機械用(yong)鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)烘缸設計規定(ding)》和(he)烘缸制(zhi)造(zao)、試驗和驗收(shou)執(zhi)行(xing)標準:QB/T2551—2008《造(zao)紙機械用(yong)鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)烘缸技(ji)術(shu)條件(jian)》來(lai)代(dai)替原(yuan)有(you)標準,再(zai)次(ci)明確(que)了烘缸作(zuo)為壓力容(rong)器(qi)來(lai)設計、制(zhi)造(zao)、使用(yong)、監(jian)督(du)和(he)檢(jian)驗。我(wo)們必(bi)須(xu)根(gen)據(ju)這(zhe)些(xie)標準和(he)《容(rong)規》來確(que)定(ding)檢(jian)驗重(zhong)點,才(cai)能(neng)保證(zheng)鑄(zhu)鐵(tie)壓(ya)力容(rong)器(qi)的(de)安(an)全(quan)運行(xing)。
