          實(shi)行(xing)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)節約(yue)與(yu)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong),是(shi)提(ti)高礦山綜(zong)合(he)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益,是(shi)創建資源(yuan)節約(yue)型(xing)、環境友好(hao)型(xing)礦山的重(zhong)要趨(qu)勢(shi),有(you)利於(yu)解決老(lao)礦山礦產(chan)資源(yuan)短缺(que),達到礦石(shi)資源(yuan)可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)性(xing)發展(zhan)的戰(zhan)略(lve)目標。是(shi)改善環境(jing)、提(ti)高礦石(shi)資源(yuan)利用的經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益增(zeng)長(chang)的新方式,是(shi)當(dang)前(qian)公(gong)司的壹項重(zhong)大的技術經(jing)濟(ji)措施方向(xiang)。

          1大寶(bao)山礦產(chan)資源(yuan)主(zhu)要特點(dian)

          廣(guang)東省(sheng)大(da)寶(bao)山礦是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)南(nan)方壹大(da)型(xing)的多(duo)金(jin)屬(shu)礦,成礦地質體(ti)為(wei)花崗斑巖,以(yi)鉬(mu)鎢(wu)礦化為(wei)成礦中心,發育有(you)6種不(bu)同(tong)類(lei)型(xing)的各類(lei)礦床(chuang),即(ji)斑巖(yan)型(xing)鎢(wu)鉬(mu)礦、矽(xi)卡(ka)巖型(xing)鉬(mu)礦、層(ceng)狀風化(hua)淋濾(lv)褐(he)鐵礦、層(ceng)狀菱(ling)鐵礦、層(ceng)狀銅(tong)硫多(duo)金(jin)屬(shu)硫化物礦床(chuang)及脈狀的銅(tong)硫鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦。大寶(bao)山礦區礦石(shi)特點(dian)是(shi)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)量(liang)大(da);貧礦多(duo),富(fu)礦少;難選礦多(duo),易選礦少;伴生(共(gong)生)元素(su)多(duo),單(dan)壹(yi)礦種少。各礦種單(dan)獨利用(yong)難度(du)大,造(zao)成選礦工(gong)藝復雜、難度(du)及成本高。若(ruo)不(bu)加強(qiang)礦石(shi)的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)和伴生(共(gong)生)元素(su)的回收,將(jiang)大(da)大降低(di)礦石(shi)的綜(zong)合(he)價值(zhi)及(ji)增加環境(jing)保護(hu)成本。

          2目前(qian)公(gong)司礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)現狀

          目前(qian)大(da)寶(bao)山礦上部賦存(cun)的褐鐵礦、菱(ling)鐵礦已基本采完,僅余少量(liang)堆(dui)存(cun)的粉(fen)礦。選廠主(zhu)要進行(xing)銅(tong)硫礦的浮選回收,未加入鉛(qian)鋅(xin)的選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程。原本礦山不(bu)太重(zhong)視共(gong)伴生元素(su)-白鎢(wu)礦的綜(zong)合(he)回收利用(yong),在(zai)新7000t/d銅(tong)硫選廠建(jian)成之(zhi)後(hou),增(zeng)加了流(liu)程工(gong)藝對這部分(fen)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦及共(gong)伴生元素(su)的綜(zong)合(he)回收。礦山主(zhu)要礦產(chan)資源(yuan)為:含Cu≥0.2%,S≥8%以(yi)上的銅(tong)硫礦。可(ke)利(li)用(yong)於綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的礦產(chan)資源(yuan)主(zhu)要有(you):白鎢(wu)礦、含鋅(xin)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、剩余加工(gong)的鐵粉(fen)礦和低(di)品位(wei)鐵礦、高硫(liu)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、高硫(liu)低(di)品位(wei)黃(huang)銅(tong)礦原礦、氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)礦、低(di)品位(wei)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、低(di)品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫礦、中等品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、泥狀礦、鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、采場(chang)石(shi)料、采場(chang)粘(zhan)土、原(yuan)排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦等大約(yue)13種(zhong)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)。除原排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦當(dang)前(qian)暫(zan)時未考(kao)慮(lv)進(jin)行(xing)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)之外,通(tong)過銷售上(shang)述(shu)各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan),僅2018年(nian)上半年(nian)公(gong)司在(zai)排(pai)土作業(ye)過程中綜(zong)合(he)回收各項用(yong)於直(zhi)接對外銷售各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)約(yue)30多(duo)萬(wan)噸,考慮(lv)到廣(guang)東上(shang)半(ban)年(nian)屬於雨季,能(neng)開(kai)采(cai)作業(ye)天氣較(jiao)少,預計(ji)下(xia)半年(nian)天氣轉(zhuan)好的情況(kuang)下,能(neng)在(zai)開采(cai)回收並用(yong)於對外銷售的各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)將(jiang)達到120-150萬(wan)噸,全年(nian)將(jiang)能(neng)達到150-200萬(wan)噸,獲得(de)直(zhi)接對外銷售產(chan)值(zhi)5000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。同(tong)時(shi),采(cai)場(chang)將(jiang)減(jian)少廢石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)150-200萬(wan)噸,節約(yue)廢(fei)石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)直(zhi)接費(fei)用約(yue)2000-3100萬(wan)元(yuan),外加上土地(di)征(zheng)用(yong)和環境(jing)治理等各項費(fei)用,實(shi)際這些副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)每年(nian)產(chan)生價值(zhi)達到10000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。

          3目前(qian)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)過程中存在(zai)的問題(ti)及原(yuan)因(yin)

          (1)資源(yuan)利用程度(du)低(di)。主(zhu)要受市(shi)場(chang)需求(qiu)影(ying)響,礦山距離山下(xia)居(ju)民(min)區大約(yue)需要40min的車(che)程,運(yun)輸(shu)距離越(yue)遠,運(yun)輸(shu)成本就越(yue)高,資源(yuan)價值(zhi)就(jiu)越低(di)。(2)受經(jing)濟(ji)狀況(kuang)影響波(bo)動(dong)大,在(zai)2008年(nian)之後經(jing)濟(ji)低(di)迷,礦產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格壹直(zhi)在(zai)低(di)價位(wei)波(bo)動(dong),特別(bie)是(shi)銅(tong)金屬(shu)壹直(zhi)在(zai)3美元(yuan)/磅,硫(liu)精(jing)礦400元/t上(shang)下(xia)波(bo)動(dong)。在(zai)各種(zhong)成本價格上漲,產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)值(zhi)下(xia)降的情況(kuang)下,願意加工(gong)或處(chu)理這(zhe)些副(fu)產(chan)礦的個人(ren)或公(gong)司越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)少。(3)尾礦的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)。2015年(nian)之前(qian),公(gong)司選礦廠尚未進(jin)行(xing)技(ji)改,原有(you)陳舊選礦設(she)備(bei)及(ji)工(gong)藝流(liu)程,造(zao)成選礦回收率(lv)低(di),無(wu)法充(chong)分(fen)回收這些共(gong)(伴)生礦物和有(you)價元(yuan)素(su),很(hen)大(da)部分(fen)進(jin)入了尾礦之中,未能(neng)對這部分(fen)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)進行(xing)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用,尾(wei)礦的經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益未能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)出來(lai)。目前(qian)公(gong)司對尾礦的處理在(zai)很(hen)大(da)程度(du)上是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)荒地築壩堆(dui)存(cun),並(bing)采(cai)取(qu)壹(yi)系列可(ke)靠(kao)的尾礦庫管理措(cuo)施來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)維護。公(gong)司每年(nian)要花費(fei)超過(guo)2000多(duo)萬(wan)元(yuan)用於尾礦排(pai)放(fang)管理及(ji)環(huan)境保(bao)護(hu)。同(tong)時(shi),尾(wei)礦庫面(mian)積(ji)由原(yuan)來(lai)的0.96Km2,擴(kuo)大到現(xian)在(zai)的3.11Km2,這對於公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)、環境(jing)和安(an)全等方面負(fu)擔(dan)來(lai)說(shuo)是(shi)非常(chang)沈(chen)重(zhong)的。(4)公(gong)司礦山在(zai)經(jing)過(guo)了四(si)十年(nian)開采後,由於(yu)礦石(shi)品位(wei)降低(di),礦石(shi)開采(cai)深度(du)加大,加上產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格低(di)等原因(yin),造(zao)成公(gong)司資金(jin)緊(jin)張、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益差(cha)的現象,同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)提(ti)高資源(yuan)回收利用(yong)而增(zeng)加選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程和新開(kai)發工(gong)藝的投(tou)資,使(shi)得(de)公(gong)司的負擔加重(zhong)。

          4加強(qiang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的對策及建議(yi)

          (1)加強(qiang)采場(chang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)現場(chang)的精細化管理,盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)的做到分(fen)采(cai)分堆(dui),把(ba)各種(zhong)資源(yuan)效(xiao)益大(da)化。(2)加強(qiang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)科技攻關,推(tui)動(dong)科技進(jin)步(bu)與(yu)創新是(shi)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的根本出路(lu)。特別(bie)是(shi)當(dang)前(qian)公(gong)司面(mian)臨礦石(shi)資源(yuan)短缺(que)和環境(jing)治理等方面的壓力,不(bu)斷(duan)引進新(xin)技術,改造(zao)舊工(gong)藝來(lai)解決共(gong)生礦、復雜難選礦和非金屬(shu)礦(含鐵(tie)質黏(nian)土、石(shi)灰石(shi)等)的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)以(yi)提(ti)高公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益是(shi)當(dang)務(wu)之急。(3)加強(qiang)對礦石(shi)中的共(gong)生(伴生)元素(su)分布(bu)、賦存(cun)、嵌(qian)布特點(dian)的研究(jiu)分(fen)析,選擇適(shi)合(he)的選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程,提(ti)高礦石(shi)綜(zong)合(he)價值(zhi)。在(zai)2016年(nian)之後7000t/d新選廠按(an)現有(you)礦石(shi)結構(gou)特征(zheng)建(jian)成之(zhi)後(hou),公(gong)司已(yi)初(chu)步(bu)形(xing)成了共(gong)、伴生礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)回收體(ti)系。使(shi)得(de)公(gong)司綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)率(lv)達到或超(chao)過75%。(4)加強(qiang)宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作,重(zhong)視低(di)品位(wei)、難選礦石(shi)、再生及尾礦資源(yuan)的回收利用(yong)。讓公(gong)司各級(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)充(chong)分(fen)認識(shi)到對礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的重(zhong)要性(xing)跟自(zi)己(ji)切實相關,從職(zhi)工(gong)心裏(li)提(ti)高對礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)認知(zhi)水平,從而(er)人(ren)為(wei)主(zhu)動(dong)的節省資源(yuan),減少資源(yuan)浪費(fei)現象(xiang)。(5)要做好科學(xue)管理。公(gong)司要根據(ju)上(shang)年(nian)度(du)的經(jing)濟(ji)信息(xi),按(an)實際(ji)公(gong)司選廠產(chan)能(neng)選定生產(chan)規(gui)模(mo),編(bian)制有(you)關綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)規劃(hua),分期(qi)分(fen)批實施。(6)建(jian)立技(ji)術經(jing)濟(ji)責(ze)任(ren)制,提(ti)高各礦產(chan)品(pin)的精礦品質,使(shi)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)的綜(zong)合(he)回收工(gong)作穩(wen)步(bu)進行(xing),從而(er)達到提(ti)高公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益的目的。

          1大寶(bao)山礦產(chan)資源(yuan)主(zhu)要特點(dian)

          廣(guang)東省(sheng)大(da)寶(bao)山礦是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)南(nan)方壹大(da)型(xing)的多(duo)金(jin)屬(shu)礦,成礦地質體(ti)為(wei)花崗斑巖,以(yi)鉬(mu)鎢(wu)礦化為(wei)成礦中心,發育有(you)6種不(bu)同(tong)類(lei)型(xing)的各類(lei)礦床(chuang),即(ji)斑巖(yan)型(xing)鎢(wu)鉬(mu)礦、矽(xi)卡(ka)巖型(xing)鉬(mu)礦、層(ceng)狀風化(hua)淋濾(lv)褐(he)鐵礦、層(ceng)狀菱(ling)鐵礦、層(ceng)狀銅(tong)硫多(duo)金(jin)屬(shu)硫化物礦床(chuang)及脈狀的銅(tong)硫鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦。大寶(bao)山礦區礦石(shi)特點(dian)是(shi)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)量(liang)大(da);貧礦多(duo),富(fu)礦少;難選礦多(duo),易選礦少;伴生(共(gong)生)元素(su)多(duo),單(dan)壹(yi)礦種少。各礦種單(dan)獨利用(yong)難度(du)大,造(zao)成選礦工(gong)藝復雜、難度(du)及成本高。若(ruo)不(bu)加強(qiang)礦石(shi)的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)和伴生(共(gong)生)元素(su)的回收,將(jiang)大(da)大降低(di)礦石(shi)的綜(zong)合(he)價值(zhi)及(ji)增加環境(jing)保護(hu)成本。

          2目前(qian)公(gong)司礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)現狀

          目前(qian)大(da)寶(bao)山礦上部賦存(cun)的褐鐵礦、菱(ling)鐵礦已基本采完,僅余少量(liang)堆(dui)存(cun)的粉(fen)礦。選廠主(zhu)要進行(xing)銅(tong)硫礦的浮選回收,未加入鉛(qian)鋅(xin)的選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程。原本礦山不(bu)太重(zhong)視共(gong)伴生元素(su)-白鎢(wu)礦的綜(zong)合(he)回收利用(yong),在(zai)新7000t/d銅(tong)硫選廠建(jian)成之(zhi)後(hou),增(zeng)加了流(liu)程工(gong)藝對這部分(fen)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦及共(gong)伴生元素(su)的綜(zong)合(he)回收。礦山主(zhu)要礦產(chan)資源(yuan)為:含Cu≥0.2%,S≥8%以(yi)上的銅(tong)硫礦。可(ke)利(li)用(yong)於綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的礦產(chan)資源(yuan)主(zhu)要有(you):白鎢(wu)礦、含鋅(xin)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、剩余加工(gong)的鐵粉(fen)礦和低(di)品位(wei)鐵礦、高硫(liu)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、高硫(liu)低(di)品位(wei)黃(huang)銅(tong)礦原礦、氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)礦、低(di)品位(wei)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、低(di)品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫礦、中等品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、泥狀礦、鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、采場(chang)石(shi)料、采場(chang)粘(zhan)土、原(yuan)排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦等大約(yue)13種(zhong)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)。除原排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦當(dang)前(qian)暫(zan)時未考(kao)慮(lv)進(jin)行(xing)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)之外,通(tong)過銷售上(shang)述(shu)各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan),僅2018年(nian)上半年(nian)公(gong)司在(zai)排(pai)土作業(ye)過程中綜(zong)合(he)回收各項用(yong)於直(zhi)接對外銷售各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)約(yue)30多(duo)萬(wan)噸,考慮(lv)到廣(guang)東上(shang)半(ban)年(nian)屬於雨季,能(neng)開(kai)采(cai)作業(ye)天氣較(jiao)少,預計(ji)下(xia)半年(nian)天氣轉(zhuan)好的情況(kuang)下,能(neng)在(zai)開采(cai)回收並用(yong)於對外銷售的各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)將(jiang)達到120-150萬(wan)噸,全年(nian)將(jiang)能(neng)達到150-200萬(wan)噸,獲得(de)直(zhi)接對外銷售產(chan)值(zhi)5000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。同(tong)時(shi),采(cai)場(chang)將(jiang)減(jian)少廢石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)150-200萬(wan)噸,節約(yue)廢(fei)石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)直(zhi)接費(fei)用約(yue)2000-3100萬(wan)元(yuan),外加上土地(di)征(zheng)用(yong)和環境(jing)治理等各項費(fei)用,實(shi)際這些副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)每年(nian)產(chan)生價值(zhi)達到10000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。

          3目前(qian)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)過程中存在(zai)的問題(ti)及原(yuan)因(yin)

          (1)資源(yuan)利用程度(du)低(di)。主(zhu)要受市(shi)場(chang)需求(qiu)影(ying)響,礦山距離山下(xia)居(ju)民(min)區大約(yue)需要40min的車(che)程,運(yun)輸(shu)距離越(yue)遠,運(yun)輸(shu)成本就越(yue)高,資源(yuan)價值(zhi)就(jiu)越低(di)。(2)受經(jing)濟(ji)狀況(kuang)影響波(bo)動(dong)大,在(zai)2008年(nian)之後經(jing)濟(ji)低(di)迷,礦產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格壹直(zhi)在(zai)低(di)價位(wei)波(bo)動(dong),特別(bie)是(shi)銅(tong)金屬(shu)壹直(zhi)在(zai)3美元(yuan)/磅,硫(liu)精(jing)礦400元/t上(shang)下(xia)波(bo)動(dong)。在(zai)各種(zhong)成本價格上漲,產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)值(zhi)下(xia)降的情況(kuang)下,願意加工(gong)或處(chu)理這(zhe)些副(fu)產(chan)礦的個人(ren)或公(gong)司越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)少。(3)尾礦的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)。2015年(nian)之前(qian),公(gong)司選礦廠尚未進(jin)行(xing)技(ji)改,原有(you)陳舊選礦設(she)備(bei)及(ji)工(gong)藝流(liu)程,造(zao)成選礦回收率(lv)低(di),無(wu)法充(chong)分(fen)回收這些共(gong)(伴)生礦物和有(you)價元(yuan)素(su),很(hen)大(da)部分(fen)進(jin)入了尾礦之中,未能(neng)對這部分(fen)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)進行(xing)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用,尾(wei)礦的經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益未能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)出來(lai)。目前(qian)公(gong)司對尾礦的處理在(zai)很(hen)大(da)程度(du)上是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)荒地築壩堆(dui)存(cun),並(bing)采(cai)取(qu)壹(yi)系列可(ke)靠(kao)的尾礦庫管理措(cuo)施來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)維護。公(gong)司每年(nian)要花費(fei)超過(guo)2000多(duo)萬(wan)元(yuan)用於尾礦排(pai)放(fang)管理及(ji)環(huan)境保(bao)護(hu)。同(tong)時(shi),尾(wei)礦庫面(mian)積(ji)由原(yuan)來(lai)的0.96Km2,擴(kuo)大到現(xian)在(zai)的3.11Km2,這對於公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)、環境(jing)和安(an)全等方面負(fu)擔(dan)來(lai)說(shuo)是(shi)非常(chang)沈(chen)重(zhong)的。(4)公(gong)司礦山在(zai)經(jing)過(guo)了四(si)十年(nian)開采後,由於(yu)礦石(shi)品位(wei)降低(di),礦石(shi)開采(cai)深度(du)加大,加上產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格低(di)等原因(yin),造(zao)成公(gong)司資金(jin)緊(jin)張、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益差(cha)的現象,同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)提(ti)高資源(yuan)回收利用(yong)而增(zeng)加選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程和新開(kai)發工(gong)藝的投(tou)資,使(shi)得(de)公(gong)司的負擔加重(zhong)。

          4加強(qiang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的對策及建議(yi)

          廣(guang)東省(sheng)大(da)寶(bao)山礦是(shi)我(wo)國(guo)南(nan)方壹大(da)型(xing)的多(duo)金(jin)屬(shu)礦,成礦地質體(ti)為(wei)花崗斑巖,以(yi)鉬(mu)鎢(wu)礦化為(wei)成礦中心,發育有(you)6種不(bu)同(tong)類(lei)型(xing)的各類(lei)礦床(chuang),即(ji)斑巖(yan)型(xing)鎢(wu)鉬(mu)礦、矽(xi)卡(ka)巖型(xing)鉬(mu)礦、層(ceng)狀風化(hua)淋濾(lv)褐(he)鐵礦、層(ceng)狀菱(ling)鐵礦、層(ceng)狀銅(tong)硫多(duo)金(jin)屬(shu)硫化物礦床(chuang)及脈狀的銅(tong)硫鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦。大寶(bao)山礦區礦石(shi)特點(dian)是(shi)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)量(liang)大(da);貧礦多(duo),富(fu)礦少;難選礦多(duo),易選礦少;伴生(共(gong)生)元素(su)多(duo),單(dan)壹(yi)礦種少。各礦種單(dan)獨利用(yong)難度(du)大,造(zao)成選礦工(gong)藝復雜、難度(du)及成本高。若(ruo)不(bu)加強(qiang)礦石(shi)的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)和伴生(共(gong)生)元素(su)的回收,將(jiang)大(da)大降低(di)礦石(shi)的綜(zong)合(he)價值(zhi)及(ji)增加環境(jing)保護(hu)成本。

          2目前(qian)公(gong)司礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)現狀

          目前(qian)大(da)寶(bao)山礦上部賦存(cun)的褐鐵礦、菱(ling)鐵礦已基本采完,僅余少量(liang)堆(dui)存(cun)的粉(fen)礦。選廠主(zhu)要進行(xing)銅(tong)硫礦的浮選回收,未加入鉛(qian)鋅(xin)的選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程。原本礦山不(bu)太重(zhong)視共(gong)伴生元素(su)-白鎢(wu)礦的綜(zong)合(he)回收利用(yong),在(zai)新7000t/d銅(tong)硫選廠建(jian)成之(zhi)後(hou),增(zeng)加了流(liu)程工(gong)藝對這部分(fen)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦及共(gong)伴生元素(su)的綜(zong)合(he)回收。礦山主(zhu)要礦產(chan)資源(yuan)為:含Cu≥0.2%,S≥8%以(yi)上的銅(tong)硫礦。可(ke)利(li)用(yong)於綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的礦產(chan)資源(yuan)主(zhu)要有(you):白鎢(wu)礦、含鋅(xin)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、剩余加工(gong)的鐵粉(fen)礦和低(di)品位(wei)鐵礦、高硫(liu)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、高硫(liu)低(di)品位(wei)黃(huang)銅(tong)礦原礦、氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)礦、低(di)品位(wei)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、低(di)品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫礦、中等品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、泥狀礦、鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、采場(chang)石(shi)料、采場(chang)粘(zhan)土、原(yuan)排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦等大約(yue)13種(zhong)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)。除原排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦當(dang)前(qian)暫(zan)時未考(kao)慮(lv)進(jin)行(xing)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)之外,通(tong)過銷售上(shang)述(shu)各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan),僅2018年(nian)上半年(nian)公(gong)司在(zai)排(pai)土作業(ye)過程中綜(zong)合(he)回收各項用(yong)於直(zhi)接對外銷售各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)約(yue)30多(duo)萬(wan)噸,考慮(lv)到廣(guang)東上(shang)半(ban)年(nian)屬於雨季,能(neng)開(kai)采(cai)作業(ye)天氣較(jiao)少,預計(ji)下(xia)半年(nian)天氣轉(zhuan)好的情況(kuang)下,能(neng)在(zai)開采(cai)回收並用(yong)於對外銷售的各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)將(jiang)達到120-150萬(wan)噸,全年(nian)將(jiang)能(neng)達到150-200萬(wan)噸,獲得(de)直(zhi)接對外銷售產(chan)值(zhi)5000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。同(tong)時(shi),采(cai)場(chang)將(jiang)減(jian)少廢石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)150-200萬(wan)噸,節約(yue)廢(fei)石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)直(zhi)接費(fei)用約(yue)2000-3100萬(wan)元(yuan),外加上土地(di)征(zheng)用(yong)和環境(jing)治理等各項費(fei)用,實(shi)際這些副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)每年(nian)產(chan)生價值(zhi)達到10000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。

          3目前(qian)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)過程中存在(zai)的問題(ti)及原(yuan)因(yin)

          (1)資源(yuan)利用程度(du)低(di)。主(zhu)要受市(shi)場(chang)需求(qiu)影(ying)響,礦山距離山下(xia)居(ju)民(min)區大約(yue)需要40min的車(che)程,運(yun)輸(shu)距離越(yue)遠,運(yun)輸(shu)成本就越(yue)高,資源(yuan)價值(zhi)就(jiu)越低(di)。(2)受經(jing)濟(ji)狀況(kuang)影響波(bo)動(dong)大,在(zai)2008年(nian)之後經(jing)濟(ji)低(di)迷,礦產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格壹直(zhi)在(zai)低(di)價位(wei)波(bo)動(dong),特別(bie)是(shi)銅(tong)金屬(shu)壹直(zhi)在(zai)3美元(yuan)/磅,硫(liu)精(jing)礦400元/t上(shang)下(xia)波(bo)動(dong)。在(zai)各種(zhong)成本價格上漲,產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)值(zhi)下(xia)降的情況(kuang)下,願意加工(gong)或處(chu)理這(zhe)些副(fu)產(chan)礦的個人(ren)或公(gong)司越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)少。(3)尾礦的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)。2015年(nian)之前(qian),公(gong)司選礦廠尚未進(jin)行(xing)技(ji)改,原有(you)陳舊選礦設(she)備(bei)及(ji)工(gong)藝流(liu)程,造(zao)成選礦回收率(lv)低(di),無(wu)法充(chong)分(fen)回收這些共(gong)(伴)生礦物和有(you)價元(yuan)素(su),很(hen)大(da)部分(fen)進(jin)入了尾礦之中,未能(neng)對這部分(fen)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)進行(xing)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用,尾(wei)礦的經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益未能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)出來(lai)。目前(qian)公(gong)司對尾礦的處理在(zai)很(hen)大(da)程度(du)上是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)荒地築壩堆(dui)存(cun),並(bing)采(cai)取(qu)壹(yi)系列可(ke)靠(kao)的尾礦庫管理措(cuo)施來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)維護。公(gong)司每年(nian)要花費(fei)超過(guo)2000多(duo)萬(wan)元(yuan)用於尾礦排(pai)放(fang)管理及(ji)環(huan)境保(bao)護(hu)。同(tong)時(shi),尾(wei)礦庫面(mian)積(ji)由原(yuan)來(lai)的0.96Km2,擴(kuo)大到現(xian)在(zai)的3.11Km2,這對於公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)、環境(jing)和安(an)全等方面負(fu)擔(dan)來(lai)說(shuo)是(shi)非常(chang)沈(chen)重(zhong)的。(4)公(gong)司礦山在(zai)經(jing)過(guo)了四(si)十年(nian)開采後,由於(yu)礦石(shi)品位(wei)降低(di),礦石(shi)開采(cai)深度(du)加大,加上產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格低(di)等原因(yin),造(zao)成公(gong)司資金(jin)緊(jin)張、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益差(cha)的現象,同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)提(ti)高資源(yuan)回收利用(yong)而增(zeng)加選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程和新開(kai)發工(gong)藝的投(tou)資,使(shi)得(de)公(gong)司的負擔加重(zhong)。

          4加強(qiang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的對策及建議(yi)

          目前(qian)大(da)寶(bao)山礦上部賦存(cun)的褐鐵礦、菱(ling)鐵礦已基本采完,僅余少量(liang)堆(dui)存(cun)的粉(fen)礦。選廠主(zhu)要進行(xing)銅(tong)硫礦的浮選回收,未加入鉛(qian)鋅(xin)的選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程。原本礦山不(bu)太重(zhong)視共(gong)伴生元素(su)-白鎢(wu)礦的綜(zong)合(he)回收利用(yong),在(zai)新7000t/d銅(tong)硫選廠建(jian)成之(zhi)後(hou),增(zeng)加了流(liu)程工(gong)藝對這部分(fen)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦及共(gong)伴生元素(su)的綜(zong)合(he)回收。礦山主(zhu)要礦產(chan)資源(yuan)為:含Cu≥0.2%,S≥8%以(yi)上的銅(tong)硫礦。可(ke)利(li)用(yong)於綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的礦產(chan)資源(yuan)主(zhu)要有(you):白鎢(wu)礦、含鋅(xin)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、剩余加工(gong)的鐵粉(fen)礦和低(di)品位(wei)鐵礦、高硫(liu)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、高硫(liu)低(di)品位(wei)黃(huang)銅(tong)礦原礦、氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)礦、低(di)品位(wei)鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、低(di)品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫氧(yang)化(hua)礦、低(di)品位(wei)銅(tong)硫礦、中等品位(wei)氧(yang)化(hua)銅(tong)硫礦、泥狀礦、鉛(qian)鋅(xin)礦、采場(chang)石(shi)料、采場(chang)粘(zhan)土、原(yuan)排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦等大約(yue)13種(zhong)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)。除原排(pai)往(wang)尾礦庫內(nei)的低(di)品位(wei)鐵粉(fen)礦和老選廠排(pai)放(fang)的硫尾礦當(dang)前(qian)暫(zan)時未考(kao)慮(lv)進(jin)行(xing)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)之外,通(tong)過銷售上(shang)述(shu)各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan),僅2018年(nian)上半年(nian)公(gong)司在(zai)排(pai)土作業(ye)過程中綜(zong)合(he)回收各項用(yong)於直(zhi)接對外銷售各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)約(yue)30多(duo)萬(wan)噸,考慮(lv)到廣(guang)東上(shang)半(ban)年(nian)屬於雨季,能(neng)開(kai)采(cai)作業(ye)天氣較(jiao)少,預計(ji)下(xia)半年(nian)天氣轉(zhuan)好的情況(kuang)下,能(neng)在(zai)開采(cai)回收並用(yong)於對外銷售的各項副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)將(jiang)達到120-150萬(wan)噸,全年(nian)將(jiang)能(neng)達到150-200萬(wan)噸,獲得(de)直(zhi)接對外銷售產(chan)值(zhi)5000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。同(tong)時(shi),采(cai)場(chang)將(jiang)減(jian)少廢石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)150-200萬(wan)噸,節約(yue)廢(fei)石(shi)排(pai)放(fang)直(zhi)接費(fei)用約(yue)2000-3100萬(wan)元(yuan),外加上土地(di)征(zheng)用(yong)和環境(jing)治理等各項費(fei)用,實(shi)際這些副(fu)產(chan)礦石(shi)資源(yuan)每年(nian)產(chan)生價值(zhi)達到10000萬(wan)元(yuan)以(yi)上。

          3目前(qian)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)過程中存在(zai)的問題(ti)及原(yuan)因(yin)

          (1)資源(yuan)利用程度(du)低(di)。主(zhu)要受市(shi)場(chang)需求(qiu)影(ying)響,礦山距離山下(xia)居(ju)民(min)區大約(yue)需要40min的車(che)程,運(yun)輸(shu)距離越(yue)遠,運(yun)輸(shu)成本就越(yue)高,資源(yuan)價值(zhi)就(jiu)越低(di)。(2)受經(jing)濟(ji)狀況(kuang)影響波(bo)動(dong)大,在(zai)2008年(nian)之後經(jing)濟(ji)低(di)迷,礦產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格壹直(zhi)在(zai)低(di)價位(wei)波(bo)動(dong),特別(bie)是(shi)銅(tong)金屬(shu)壹直(zhi)在(zai)3美元(yuan)/磅,硫(liu)精(jing)礦400元/t上(shang)下(xia)波(bo)動(dong)。在(zai)各種(zhong)成本價格上漲,產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)值(zhi)下(xia)降的情況(kuang)下,願意加工(gong)或處(chu)理這(zhe)些副(fu)產(chan)礦的個人(ren)或公(gong)司越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)少。(3)尾礦的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)。2015年(nian)之前(qian),公(gong)司選礦廠尚未進(jin)行(xing)技(ji)改,原有(you)陳舊選礦設(she)備(bei)及(ji)工(gong)藝流(liu)程,造(zao)成選礦回收率(lv)低(di),無(wu)法充(chong)分(fen)回收這些共(gong)(伴)生礦物和有(you)價元(yuan)素(su),很(hen)大(da)部分(fen)進(jin)入了尾礦之中,未能(neng)對這部分(fen)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)進行(xing)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用,尾(wei)礦的經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益未能(neng)體(ti)現(xian)出來(lai)。目前(qian)公(gong)司對尾礦的處理在(zai)很(hen)大(da)程度(du)上是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)荒地築壩堆(dui)存(cun),並(bing)采(cai)取(qu)壹(yi)系列可(ke)靠(kao)的尾礦庫管理措(cuo)施來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)維護。公(gong)司每年(nian)要花費(fei)超過(guo)2000多(duo)萬(wan)元(yuan)用於尾礦排(pai)放(fang)管理及(ji)環(huan)境保(bao)護(hu)。同(tong)時(shi),尾(wei)礦庫面(mian)積(ji)由原(yuan)來(lai)的0.96Km2,擴(kuo)大到現(xian)在(zai)的3.11Km2,這對於公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)、環境(jing)和安(an)全等方面負(fu)擔(dan)來(lai)說(shuo)是(shi)非常(chang)沈(chen)重(zhong)的。(4)公(gong)司礦山在(zai)經(jing)過(guo)了四(si)十年(nian)開采後,由於(yu)礦石(shi)品位(wei)降低(di),礦石(shi)開采(cai)深度(du)加大,加上產(chan)品(pin)價(jia)格低(di)等原因(yin),造(zao)成公(gong)司資金(jin)緊(jin)張、經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益差(cha)的現象,同(tong)時(shi)為(wei)提(ti)高資源(yuan)回收利用(yong)而增(zeng)加選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程和新開(kai)發工(gong)藝的投(tou)資,使(shi)得(de)公(gong)司的負擔加重(zhong)。

          4加強(qiang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的對策及建議(yi)

          (1)加強(qiang)采場(chang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)現場(chang)的精細化管理,盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)的做到分(fen)采(cai)分堆(dui),把(ba)各種(zhong)資源(yuan)效(xiao)益大(da)化。(2)加強(qiang)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)科技攻關,推(tui)動(dong)科技進(jin)步(bu)與(yu)創新是(shi)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的根本出路(lu)。特別(bie)是(shi)當(dang)前(qian)公(gong)司面(mian)臨礦石(shi)資源(yuan)短缺(que)和環境(jing)治理等方面的壓力,不(bu)斷(duan)引進新(xin)技術,改造(zao)舊工(gong)藝來(lai)解決共(gong)生礦、復雜難選礦和非金屬(shu)礦(含鐵(tie)質黏(nian)土、石(shi)灰石(shi)等)的綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)以(yi)提(ti)高公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益是(shi)當(dang)務(wu)之急。(3)加強(qiang)對礦石(shi)中的共(gong)生(伴生)元素(su)分布(bu)、賦存(cun)、嵌(qian)布特點(dian)的研究(jiu)分(fen)析,選擇適(shi)合(he)的選礦工(gong)藝流(liu)程,提(ti)高礦石(shi)綜(zong)合(he)價值(zhi)。在(zai)2016年(nian)之後7000t/d新選廠按(an)現有(you)礦石(shi)結構(gou)特征(zheng)建(jian)成之(zhi)後(hou),公(gong)司已(yi)初(chu)步(bu)形(xing)成了共(gong)、伴生礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)回收體(ti)系。使(shi)得(de)公(gong)司綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)率(lv)達到或超(chao)過75%。(4)加強(qiang)宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作,重(zhong)視低(di)品位(wei)、難選礦石(shi)、再生及尾礦資源(yuan)的回收利用(yong)。讓公(gong)司各級(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)充(chong)分(fen)認識(shi)到對礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)的重(zhong)要性(xing)跟自(zi)己(ji)切實相關,從職(zhi)工(gong)心裏(li)提(ti)高對礦產(chan)資源(yuan)綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)認知(zhi)水平,從而(er)人(ren)為(wei)主(zhu)動(dong)的節省資源(yuan),減少資源(yuan)浪費(fei)現象(xiang)。(5)要做好科學(xue)管理。公(gong)司要根據(ju)上(shang)年(nian)度(du)的經(jing)濟(ji)信息(xi),按(an)實際(ji)公(gong)司選廠產(chan)能(neng)選定生產(chan)規(gui)模(mo),編(bian)制有(you)關綜(zong)合(he)利用(yong)規劃(hua),分期(qi)分(fen)批實施。(6)建(jian)立技(ji)術經(jing)濟(ji)責(ze)任(ren)制,提(ti)高各礦產(chan)品(pin)的精礦品質,使(shi)礦產(chan)資源(yuan)的綜(zong)合(he)回收工(gong)作穩(wen)步(bu)進行(xing),從而(er)達到提(ti)高公(gong)司經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益的目的。
