在(zai)蟲(chong)情(qing)監測方(fang)面,需要(yao)選擇(ze)合(he)適的監(jian)測工(gong)具(ju),監測煙(yan)草(cao)生產期(qi)間的煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)問(wen)題(ti),彌補周(zhou)查(zha)、周(zhou)記(ji)錄(lu)方式不足(zu)[3]。推行日(ri)查、日記(ji)錄(lu)方式,優化(hua)設(she)計(ji)生產全過(guo)程的蟲(chong)情(qing)監控(kong)表,繪制對(dui)應的煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)誘捕器(qi)放布(bu)設(she)位(wei)置。通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)情(qing)況綜合(he)分(fen)析,實(shi)時監(jian)控(kong)煙(yan)草(cao)生產期(qi)間的蟲(chong)情(qing),分(fen)析其中(zhong)不(bu)足(zu)基礎上(shang),針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)提(ti)出(chu)改(gai)進(jin)措(cuo)施。定(ding)期(qi)各(ge)車間(jian)各(ge)生產線(xian)班(ban)組(zu)發布(bu)蟲(chong)情(qing),強化(hua)質(zhi)量(liang)管控(kong)部(bu)門職能,將(jiang)煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)防(fang)治工作切(qie)實(shi)落實(shi)。繪制蟲(chong)情(qing)預控(kong)圖,基於(yu)預控(kong)圖理(li)論來改(gai)進(jin)蟲(chong)情(qing)監控(kong)數據,契合(he)具(ju)體(ti)情(qing)況,為後(hou)續(xu)煙草甲(jia)蟲(chong)防(fang)治提供(gong)依據。使(shi)用Excel表格(ge)工具(ju),選擇(ze)車(che)間各(ge)工序(xu)區域(yu)監控(kong)蟲(chong)情(qing),獲取(qu)數據基礎上(shang)繪制預(yu)控(kong)圖。結(jie)合以往(wang)監控(kong)數據和預(yu)控(kong)圖檢測情(qing)況,重點(dian)監控(kong)真空回(hui)潮(chao)間、貯葉間(jian)、梗(geng)絲線(xian)、摻(chan)配(pei)間、貯(zhu)絲房(fang)、加香間、備(bei)料(liao)間[4]。

2.3.1建(jian)立煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)治理(li)機制先(xian),優化(hua)蟲(chong)情(qing)監測和異(yi)常處(chu)理(li)流程,完(wan)善配(pei)套的工(gong)作機制,梳(shu)理(li)蟲(chong)情(qing)預控(kong)檢測異常處(chu)理(li)流程,強(qiang)化(hua)相關(guan)部(bu)門職能,協(xie)調(tiao)開展煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)治理(li)工作;選擇(ze)合(he)適的煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)治理(li)措(cuo)施,對(dui)蟲(chong)情(qing)異常區域(yu)全面排(pai)查分(fen)析,在(zai)收到蟲(chong)情(qing)監控(kong)預(yu)警(jing)後(hou),設置誘捕器(qi)在(zai)車間(jian)各(ge)個區域(yu),預測(ce)和分(fen)析蟲(chong)情(qing)異常方(fang)向(xiang),確定(ding)煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)的來源(yuan)方向(xiang),選擇(ze)合(he)適監控(kong)手(shou)段(duan)來確(que)定(ding)具(ju)體(ti)位(wei)置。設置多(duo)個點(dian)位(wei)加掛(gua)煙蟲(chong)誘捕器(qi),為後(hou)續的煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)防(fang)治奠(dian)定(ding)基礎[5]。其次(ci),清(qing)理(li)蟲(chong)源(yuan)。通(tong)過(guo)監(jian)測(ce)發現(xian)蟲(chong)情(qing)異常區域(yu),在(zai)設備(bei)容易積累煙土(tu)雜(za)質(zhi)的溝(gou)槽(cao)、擋(dang)板(ban)、防護(hu)罩、空(kong)調管道和輸送(song)設(she)備(bei)關(guan)聯(lian)位(wei)置,實(shi)時觀察(cha)煙草甲(jia)蟲(chong)情(qing)況,及時清(qing)理(li)幹(gan)凈(jing),在(zai)源頭(tou)位(wei)置上(shang)噴灑(sa)殺(sha)蟲(chong)藥劑,規(gui)避煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)飛到其他(ta)區域(yu),造成(cheng)更大(da)範圍(wei)的感(gan)染(ran)。噴灑(sa)藥劑防(fang)治後,借(jie)助吸(xi)塵器(qi)將(jiang)有(you)蟲(chong)源(yuan)的物(wu)質(zhi)吸(xi)入到袋(dai)中(zhong),充分(fen)清(qing)理(li)幹(gan)凈(jing),避免(mian)煙塵(chen)中(zhong)有(you)煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)亂飛的現(xian)象出(chu)現(xian)。對於(yu)壹些清理(li)難度大,或是(shi)無(wu)法很(hen)清(qing)理(li)的區域(yu),可(ke)以通(tong)過(guo)藥劑噴霧(wu)方(fang)法對設(she)備(bei)內部(bu)進行清(qing)理(li),同樣可(ke)以起到殺蟲(chong)作用。貯(zhu)櫃防(fang)護(hu)板縫(feng)隙(xi)、輸送(song)設(she)備(bei)銜接縫隙(xi)等區域(yu),灌(guan)漿藥劑殺(sha)滅(mie)煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong),直到煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)死(si)亡為(wei)止。後(hou),滅殺(sha)煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)。在(zai)充分(fen)把(ba)握(wo)煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)習性(xing)特(te)點(dian)基礎上(shang),針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)滅(mie)殺(sha)煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)。通(tong)常情(qing)況下,每(mei)年(nian)的4、5月(yue)份(fen),煙草甲(jia)蟲(chong)逐(zhu)漸(jian)從(cong)冬眠(mian)狀(zhuang)態醒來,進(jin)入到交配(pei)期(qi),8月、9月則(ze)是(shi)煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)繁(fan)殖,在(zai)這(zhe)兩個時期(qi)進行煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)滅(mie)殺(sha),可(ke)以有(you)效提(ti)升殺蟲(chong)效(xiao)果(guo)。需要(yao)註意(yi)的是(shi),每(mei)年(nian)氣候溫度有(you)所差(cha)異,所以為了保(bao)證殺蟲(chong)效(xiao)果(guo),每(mei)年(nian)少有(you)2次以上(shang)幾(ji)種(zhong)殺蟲(chong)行為(wei),結合蟲(chong)情(qing)適當的增(zeng)加殺蟲(chong)次(ci)數。
2.3.2建(jian)立煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)的預(yu)防機制為(wei)了有(you)效預(yu)防(fang)煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)出(chu)現(xian),應註重從(cong)源頭(tou)預防(fang),保(bao)證生產過(guo)程深度清潔,選擇(ze)合(he)適的存(cun)儲方(fang)式來避免(mian)煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)滋(zi)生;定(ding)期(qi)清理(li)環境(jing)衛(wei)生和保(bao)養(yang)設(she)備(bei),適度減少殺蟲(chong)劑用(yong)量(liang);在(zai)車間(jian)電控(kong)櫃底(di)部(bu)、墻(qiang)角、設備(bei)柱(zhu)腳和墻(qiang)壁開關(guan)縫(feng)隙(xi)等區域(yu),重點(dian)清理(li),煙垢(gou)、雜質(zhi)清(qing)理(li)幹(gan)凈(jing)後(hou)使(shi)用(yong)無(wu)毒(du)矽(gui)膠密封(feng)處(chu)理(li),減少積塵(chen)情(qing)況出(chu)現(xian),破壞(huai)煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)繁(fan)殖環(huan)境(jing);不同區域(yu)的物(wu)品櫃深度清理(li),合並後(hou)適(shi)度減少物品(pin)櫃數量,在(zai)現(xian)場集(ji)中(zhong)保(bao)養(yang)來減少煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)滋(zi)生幾(ji)率;對於(yu)車間的門窗出(chu)口(kou)位(wei)置,充分(fen)密封(feng)處(chu)理(li),可(ke)以規避各(ge)個區域(yu)發生蟲(chong)情(qing)交叉(cha)感(gan)染(ran)現(xian)象;在(zai)容易(yi)滋(zi)生煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)的區域(yu),設置驅蟲(chong)板(ban)用(yong)於(yu)驅除煙(yan)草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong),分(fen)隔(ge)各(ge)個區域(yu)基礎上(shang),對(dui)各(ge)區域(yu)環境(jing)、設備(bei)深度清理(li),以期(qi)滿足(zu)煙草(cao)甲(jia)蟲(chong)預(yu)防(fang)要(yao)求(qiu)。綜(zong)上(shang)所述(shu),預控(kong)技術(shu)下的煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)防(fang)控(kong)模(mo)式,相較於(yu)以往(wang)的治理(li)模式優勢(shi)突(tu)出(chu),堅持預防(fang)為(wei)主(zhu)、治理(li)為輔(fu)原則(ze),發揮(hui)預控(kong)技術(shu)形成(cheng)科學(xue)合理(li)的煙(yan)草甲(jia)蟲(chong)防(fang)控(kong)模(mo)式,梳理(li)工作流程,及(ji)時發現(xian)異常和控(kong)制異(yi)常,避免(mian)蟲(chong)情(qing)進壹步惡(e)化(hua),提(ti)升煙草甲(jia)蟲(chong)的防(fang)控(kong)效(xiao)果(guo),對(dui)於(yu)提升煙草企業經營(ying)效(xiao)益(yi)提升具(ju)有(you)重要(yao)作用。
