自(zi)然環境直接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)著水(shui)利工(gong)程(cheng)的建(jian)設(she)質(zhi)量(liang)。為(wei)滿(man)足(zu)防(fang)洪(hong)、除澇、灌(guan)溉(gai)、發(fa)電、供(gong)水(shui)等功(gong)能(neng),其建(jian)設(she)內容涉(she)及面(mian)較廣(guang),水(shui)利施(shi)工(gong)過(guo)程中,地(di)質(zhi)、水(shui)文、氣候(hou)環(huan)境等(deng)自(zi)然要素(su)不僅影(ying)響(xiang)著水(shui)利工(gong)程(cheng)本身的安(an)全(quan)性,更(geng)對(dui)附近居(ju)民的生命(ming)財產(chan)安(an)全(quan)具(ju)有較大(da)影(ying)響(xiang)。故而在(zai)項目(mu)建(jian)設(she)中,應規(gui)範(fan)化(hua)的(de)落(luo)實(shi)地(di)質(zhi)、水(shui)文勘測(ce)工(gong)作(zuo),實現工(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)環(huan)境(jing)的(de)全面(mian)把(ba)控(kong)。烏(wu)拉特前(qian)旗(qi)額爾登布(bu)拉格(ge)地(di)區(qu)工(gong)業(ye)供(gong)水(shui)水(shui)源置(zhi)換(huan)工(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)前(qian)期(qi),工(gong)程(cheng)勘測(ce)人(ren)員(yuan)、設(she)計(ji)人(ren)員(yuan)、施(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)施(shi)工(gong)區(qu)域自(zi)然環境的全(quan)面(mian)勘測(ce)。就(jiu)工(gong)程(cheng)地(di)質(zhi)而言(yan),本(ben)施(shi)工(gong)區(qu)域包(bao)含(han)了(le)第四系(xi)全(quan)新統沖(chong)湖(hu)積(ji)層(ceng)粉質(zhi)黏土、粉土、粉砂(sha)、粉質(zhi)黏土(tu)等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)土(tu)質(zhi)類型(xing),其基(ji)礎承(cheng)載(zai)力(li)各(ge)不相(xiang)同(tong),其中,第四系(xi)全(quan)新統沖(chong)湖(hu)積(ji)層(ceng)粉質(zhi)黏土和粉砂(sha)的地(di)基(ji)承載(zai)力(li)為(wei)120kPa;而粉土的地(di)基(ji)承載(zai)力(li)為(wei)150kPa,此(ci)外(wai),粉質(zhi)黏(nian)土(tu)的承(cheng)載(zai)力(li)為(wei)300kPa。這(zhe)使得取水(shui)泵(beng)安(an)裝(zhuang)穩(wen)定性容易受(shou)到影(ying)響(xiang),對此(ci),施(shi)工(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)依(yi)據(ju)《水(shui)利水(shui)電工(gong)程(cheng)地(di)質(zhi)勘察規(gui)範(fan)》(GB50287-99)的(de)要(yao)求,進(jin)行(xing)了(le)地(di)震(zhen)液化性、泵(beng)站(zhan)基(ji)礎基(ji)抗滑(hua)穩(wen)定性、抗(kang)沖(chong)刷(shua)性、凍(dong)脹性、基(ji)坑降(jiang)水(shui)的全(quan)面(mian)把(ba)控(kong),有(you)效滿(man)足(zu)了(le)工(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)需(xu)求(qiu)。而在(zai)水(shui)文氣象(xiang)條(tiao)件(jian)分(fen)析中,本(ben)地(di)區(qu)屬(shu)於溫帶(dai)大(da)陸性季(ji)風(feng)氣候(hou),測(ce)定每(mei)年(nian)7月份氣溫(wen)高(gao),1月份氣溫(wen)低(di),多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)氣溫(wen)為(wei)7.4℃;此(ci)外(wai),該地(di)區(qu)多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)降(jiang)水(shui)量為(wei)215.8mm,夏季6~9月占78.7%,降水(shui)量全(quan)面(mian)變(bian)化(hua)較大(da),故而在(zai)取水(shui)泵(beng)安(an)裝(zhuang)中,應註(zhu)重(zhong)豐水(shui)期(qi)數(shu)量的規(gui)範(fan)控(kong)制,防止(zhi)對水(shui)泵(beng)安(an)裝(zhuang)造(zao)成影(ying)響(xiang)。
