朱家(jia)尖(jian)是舟(zhou)山群(qun)島的第(di)五大島,全島面(mian)積72平方公(gong)裏(li),全島分布有(you)大(da)青(qing)山(shan)國家(jia)公園(yuan)(5A)、南沙(sha)景(jing)區(4A)、白山(shan)景區、烏石塘(tang)景(jing)區、佛學(xue)院等(deng)景(jing)區,也(ye)是舟(zhou)山群(qun)島核心旅(lv)遊(you)區域(yu)“普陀(tuo)旅遊(you)金(jin)三(san)角”的重要組(zu)成(cheng)部分。朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)景區交(jiao)通(tong)的問(wen)題(ti)主(zhu)要(yao)集(ji)中在路(lu)網結構、交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)、公(gong)共交(jiao)通(tong)等(deng)幾(ji)個方面(mian)。(1)路(lu)網結構——以舟(zhou)山朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區為例(li)朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區周邊主(zhu)要(yao)的公(gong)路(lu)有(you):329國道、朱(zhu)烏線(xian)、朱(zhu)樟線(xian)、朱(zhu)西(xi)線(xian)、廟(miao)筲線(xian)、香月(yue)線(xian)、龍(long)眼線(xian)、度(du)假(jia)村(cun)路(lu)等(deng)交(jiao)通(tong)要道,除(chu)了(le)329國道外(wai),公路(lu)等(deng)級(ji)普遍較低,受(shou)海(hai)島地形(xing)限制線(xian)形(xing)多曲(qu)折(zhe)環(huan)繞,且貫(guan)穿朱家(jia)尖(jian)與本(ben)島的東西(xi)走向(xiang)通(tong)道僅為(wei)329國(guo)道壹(yi)條(tiao)主線(xian);涉及(ji)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)鎮(zhen)城區的主(zhu)要(yao)城市道路(lu)呈“三(san)橫三(san)縱”布局模(mo)式,主要有(you)蓮(lian)花路、中欣(xin)路(lu)、大(da)同路、慶(qing)豐路(lu)、福興路(lu)、銀鷹路(lu)等(deng)道路(lu),多為(wei)雙向(xiang)兩(liang)車道的市政(zheng)道路(lu),道路(lu)通(tong)行能力有(you)限,對短(duan)時(shi)積聚(ju)的大(da)量(liang)外(wai)來旅遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)流的承(cheng)載能力十(shi)分有(you)限,道路(lu)供(gong)需矛(mao)盾十(shi)分(fen)突(tu)出(chu)。(2)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)景(jing)區周邊道路(lu)尚(shang)未形成規(gui)範(fan)有效(xiao)的交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)體(ti)系(xi),旅遊(you)旺(wang)季交(jiao)通(tong)管(guan)理壓力凸(tu)顯,停車供需矛(mao)盾突(tu)出(chu),景區周邊停車難(nan)、停車亂的現象(xiang)仍局部出現,勤(qin)務(wu)安(an)排牽制較多的警(jing)力。329國(guo)道與(yu)鎮(zhen)城區道路(lu)的部分交(jiao)叉(cha)口渠(qu)化(hua)不(bu)合(he)理,且(qie)未(wei)能與信號(hao)燈(deng)匹配(pei),存(cun)在(zai)交(jiao)通(tong)沖(chong)突(tu)點,影(ying)響(xiang)路口通(tong)行能力,是(shi)造成(cheng)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵和安(an)全隱(yin)患的主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因。(3)交(jiao)通(tong)設(she)施(shi)城區市政(zheng)道路(lu)配(pei)套設(she)施(shi)建(jian)設(she)嚴(yan)重滯後於景區旅遊(you)業(ye)及(ji)相應(ying)產(chan)業(ye)的快(kuai)速(su)發(fa)展(zhan),主要(yao)表現為(wei):交(jiao)叉(cha)路(lu)口交(jiao)通(tong)信號(hao)燈(deng)覆(fu)蓋率低,交(jiao)通(tong)技術監控(kong)設(she)備缺失(shi);交(jiao)通(tong)標線(xian)設(she)置(zhi)不(bu)規(gui)範(fan)、不(bu)合(he)理,缺(que)乏隔離(li)設(she)施(shi),導致(zhi)機非(fei)混(hun)行(xing)現象(xiang)嚴(yan)重;交(jiao)通(tong)標誌版面(mian)陳舊、內(nei)容(rong)信息有待更(geng)新,未(wei)能有效(xiao)突(tu)出(chu)旅遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)的引(yin)導功(gong)能,難(nan)以高(gao)效(xiao)地服(fu)務(wu)外(wai)地旅(lv)遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)。(4)公共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)配(pei)套公交(jiao)線(xian)路(lu)較少,缺(que)乏景區間(jian)點對點的旅(lv)遊(you)公(gong)交(jiao)專線(xian),公(gong)交(jiao)系(xi)統不(bu)發(fa)達(da),站點設(she)置(zhi)簡(jian)陋(lou),遊(you)客(ke)換乘不(bu)便(bian);公共自(zi)行(xing)車(che)尚(shang)未建(jian)設(she),普(pu)通(tong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)租(zu)賃服(fu)務(wu)有(you)待逐步推(tui)進(jin)和完(wan)善(shan)。(5)景區停車場(chang)目(mu)前,朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區主要(yao)有慈(ci)航廣場(chang)停車場(chang)、松帽尖(jian)停車場(chang)、南沙(sha)周(zhou)邊停車場(chang)、東沙臨時(shi)停車場(chang)、烏石塘(tang)景(jing)區停車場(chang)、印(yin)象(xiang)普(pu)陀(tuo)停車場(chang)、白山(shan)景區停車場(chang)、白沙(sha)碼頭(tou)停車場(chang)等(deng)幾(ji)處重要的停車場(chang),停車場(chang)分(fen)散(san)且管(guan)理不(bu)規(gui)範(fan)、不(bu)統(tong)壹(yi),缺(que)少有(you)效的停車誘(you)導設(she)施(shi),不(bu)利(li)於景區客(ke)流(liu)、交(jiao)通(tong)流的均衡(heng)分(fen)配(pei)。
二、完(wan)善(shan)路網改善(shan)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵節(jie)點
根(gen)據(ju)已(yi)經批復的《浙(zhe)江(jiang)舟(zhou)山群(qun)島新區(城市)總(zong)體(ti)規(gui)劃(hua)(2012-2030)》並結合(he)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)觀音法界(jie)規(gui)劃(hua),未來朱烏線(xian)道線(xian)形(xing)將(jiang)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)從(cong)田(tian)園(yuan)陽(yang)光(guang)農(nong)莊接出與329道路(lu)相接(jie),完(wan)善(shan)城區路網,避(bi)免(mian)車(che)輛(liang)從蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)區域(yu)繞行(xing),造成(cheng)區域(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵。針(zhen)對329國(guo)道方(fang)向(xiang)現為(wei)雙向(xiang)4車(che)道,主(zhu)線(xian)交(jiao)叉(cha)口進口道尚(shang)未展(zhan)寬(kuan),雖(sui)然(ran)交(jiao)通(tong)信號(hao)燈(deng)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)“左(zuo)轉(zhuan)+圓盤(pan)”,但(dan)是(shi)無(wu)單獨左(zuo)轉(zhuan)車道,主(zhu)流(liu)方向(xiang)路(lu)口渠(qu)化(hua)不(bu)合(he)理,導致(zhi)路(lu)口交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵的現象(xiang),建(jian)議(yi)利(li)用(yong)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)帶將路口進口車道展(zhan)寬(kuan),“漸(jian)變(bian)段(duan)+展(zhan)寬(kuan)段(duan)”設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)“15m+30m”,增加為(wei)三(san)個進口車道,車(che)道分(fen)別(bie)為左(zuo)轉(zhuan)、直(zhi)行(xing)、直(zhi)行(xing)右(you)轉(zhuan),采(cai)用(yong)中央(yang)護欄隔(ge)離(0.3m),進(jin)出(chu)口車道線(xian)型(xing)基(ji)本(ben)順(shun)接。針(zhen)對道路(lu)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)帶開(kai)口過(guo)多的現象(xiang),對事(shi)故(gu)隱(yin)患節(jie)點提(ti)出了改造矮(ai)株(zhu)綠(lv)化(hua)為(wei)草坪,並設(she)置(zhi)爆(bao)閃燈(deng)、減(jian)速震(zhen)蕩標線(xian)、警(jing)告(gao)標誌等(deng)設(she)施(shi),提醒過(guo)往車(che)輛(liang)在此(ci)處(chu)減(jian)速慢(man)行(xing),並根據(ju)周邊地(di)塊(kuai)開(kai)發情(qing)況,封(feng)閉(bi)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)開(kai)口,消除對329國(guo)道主(zhu)幹(gan)交(jiao)通(tong)的影(ying)響(xiang)。
三(san)、實(shi)行(xing)循環(huan)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)改善(shan)措施(shi)
旅遊(you)旺(wang)季的大(da)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi),建(jian)議(yi)臨(lin)時(shi)圍繞南沙(sha)大(da)停車場(chang)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)循(xun)環。近期(qi)設(she)置(zhi)臨(lin)時(shi)交(jiao)通(tong)標誌引(yin)導;遠期設(she)置(zhi)電子(zi)交(jiao)通(tong)標誌,警指(zhi)揮中心根(gen)據(ju)現場(chang)報(bao)告或(huo)視頻發(fa)現,啟(qi)動單向(xiang)循(xun)環。微循環(huan)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)方(fang)案如(ru)下:主(zhu)體(ti)思路(lu)采(cai)用(yong)逆時(shi)針(zhen)單向(xiang)循(xun)環,減(jian)少對向(xiang)車(che)輛(liang)沖(chong)突(tu),提(ti)高道路(lu)通(tong)行效(xiao)率,具(ju)體為(wei)1號(hao)停車場(chang)周(zhou)邊所(suo)有(you)道路(lu)均實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang),公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)也(ye)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)。據(ju)統計(ji),途經南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)的公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)有(you)朱(zhu)1線(xian)、及(ji)雙層(ceng)觀光(guang)巴(ba)士(shi),由於(yu)部分班(ban)次(ci)公(gong)交(jiao)車在(zai)南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)的停靠(kao)站位於(yu)1號(hao)停車場(chang)內(nei),若公交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)不(bu)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi),進(jin)出停車場(chang)的公(gong)交(jiao)車勢(shi)必會(hui)在(zai)部分路(lu)段(duan)與社會(hui)單行車輛(liang)形成(cheng)對向(xiang)沖(chong)突(tu)。因(yin)此(ci),需要臨(lin)時(shi)調(tiao)整(zheng)公(gong)交(jiao)站點位置(zhi),建(jian)議(yi)來程公交(jiao)車臨(lin)時(shi)停在原(yuan)先的南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)站點,回(hui)程公交(jiao)站點臨(lin)時(shi)設(she)置(zhi)在(zai)1號(hao)停車場(chang)東側道路(lu)上(shang),消除公交(jiao)車進(jin)出停車場(chang)時(shi)與(yu)社(she)會(hui)車輛(liang)形成(cheng)幹擾(rao),也(ye)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)與(yu)單向(xiang)車(che)輛(liang)的對向(xiang)沖(chong)突(tu)。此(ci)外(wai),為避(bi)免(mian)進(jin)入(ru)2號(hao)停車場(chang)的社(she)會(hui)車(che)輛(liang)在停車場(chang)入(ru)口左(zuo)轉(zhuan)與對向(xiang)直(zhi)行(xing)車輛(liang)造成(cheng)沖(chong)突(tu),建(jian)議(yi)進(jin)入(ru)2號(hao)停車場(chang)的車(che)輛(liang)也(ye)實(shi)行(xing)區域(yu)繞行(xing),避(bi)免(mian)因(yin)進(jin)口左(zuo)轉(zhuan)車輛(liang)引(yin)起(qi)局部交(jiao)通(tong)結點。

目前,朱家(jia)尖(jian)鎮(zhen)中心與(yu)各景(jing)區間(jian)公交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)僅2條(tiao),其(qi)中壹(yi)條(tiao)為朱(zhu)3線(xian),運(yun)營時(shi)間(jian)為05:40-18:00,朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)區域(yu)線(xian)路(lu)走(zou)向(xiang)為(wei):朱家(jia)尖(jian)跨海(hai)大橋(qiao)——蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)——白山(shan)——佛學院(yuan)——城區——南沙(sha)——東沙;另壹(yi)條(tiao)為雙層(ceng)旅(lv)遊(you)觀光(guang)巴(ba)士(shi),共38座(zuo)位,巴(ba)士(shi)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)為每(mei)天(tian)的8:00-17:00,班(ban)次(ci)間(jian)隔30分(fen)鐘(zhong),采(cai)用(yong)24小(xiao)時(shi)和48小(xiao)時(shi)有(you)效(xiao)票(piao)兩(liang)種,票(piao)價分別為3040元,該(gai)線(xian)路(lu)上(shang)座(zuo)率不(bu)高(gao),朱家(jia)尖(jian)島區域(yu)的運(yun)行(xing)線(xian)路(lu)為(wei)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)跨海(hai)大橋(qiao)——蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)——白山(shan)景區——佛學(xue)院——烏石塘(tang)——佛(fo)學(xue)院(yuan)——南沙(sha)。旅(lv)遊(you)高(gao)峰(feng)期(qi)客(ke)流(liu)轉(zhuan)駁能力有(you)限,遊(you)客(ke)大(da)多選(xuan)擇(ze)以自(zi)駕遊(you)的方(fang)式進入景(jing)區,導致(zhi)景(jing)區周邊道路(lu)行(xing)車、停車壓力明(ming)顯增大。建(jian)議(yi)以慈(ci)航(hang)廣場(chang)、松帽尖(jian)停車場(chang)、南沙(sha)停車場(chang)等(deng)停車場(chang)為(wei)依(yi)托(tuo),旅遊(you)旺(wang)季增設(she)用(yong)於景(jing)區間(jian)客(ke)流(liu)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的小(xiao)巴(ba)公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)及(ji)班(ban)次(ci),增加遊(you)客(ke)不(bu)同景區間(jian)遊(you)玩(wan)的便(bian)捷(jie)性,引(yin)導遊(you)客(ke)摒(bing)棄壹(yi)味(wei)使用(yong)私(si)家(jia)車作(zuo)為轉(zhuan)駁交(jiao)通(tong)工具(ju)的慣(guan)象(xiang),緩(huan)解景(jing)區周邊區域(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵,倡導短(duan)途綠色(se)出(chu)行。

隨(sui)著(zhe)各大(da)城市大(da)力推(tui)行(xing)軌(gui)道交(jiao)通(tong)建(jian)設(she)及(ji)運(yun)營,而(er)軌道交(jiao)通(tong)列車(che)作(zuo)為壹(yi)級(ji)負(fu)荷,對供(gong)電系(xi)統的穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)提(ti)出(chu)了更高(gao)的要(yao)求(qiu),因(yin)此(ci),社(she)會(hui)各界(jie)專業(ye)人(ren)士(shi)開(kai)始對供(gong)電安(an)全管(guan)理系(xi)統給(gei)予高度(du)重視。由於(yu)作(zuo)業(ye)現場(chang)情(qing)況復雜(za)多變(bian),管(guan)理和操(cao)作(zuo)人(ren)員水平層(ceng)次(ci)不(bu)齊(qi),時(shi)而(er)存(cun)在(zai)地(di)線(xian)未(wei)拆(chai)除的情(qing)況發(fa)生,極(ji)易造成(cheng)供電系(xi)統安全(quan)運(yun)行(xing)風險。雖(sui)然(ran)各(ge)運(yun)營單位制(zhi)定(ding)了(le)相對完(wan)善(shan)的規(gui)章(zhang)制(zhi)度及(ji)管(guan)理辦(ban)法,來保證整(zheng)個軌道交(jiao)通(tong)供電系(xi)統穩定(ding)運(yun)行(xing),但(dan)供(gong)電系(xi)統的操(cao)作(zuo)*依賴人(ren)工完(wan)成(cheng)的情(qing)況,在(zai)安全(quan)性和經濟(ji)性上(shang)都已(yi)經*過(guo)時(shi)。通(tong)過(guo)大量(liang)的城市軌(gui)道運(yun)行(xing)數(shu)據(ju)分析表明(ming),當前為確(que)保軌(gui)道交(jiao)通(tong)安全(quan)整(zheng)點運(yun)行(xing),建(jian)立(li)壹(yi)套相對完(wan)善(shan)的供(gong)電安(an)全保(bao)護系(xi)統是很(hen)有必要(yao)的。
壹(yi)、當(dang)前軌道交(jiao)通(tong)供電主(zhu)要存(cun)在(zai)的不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)因(yin)素(su)分析

朱家(jia)尖(jian)是舟(zhou)山群(qun)島的第(di)五大島,全島面(mian)積72平方公(gong)裏(li),全島分布有(you)大(da)青(qing)山(shan)國家(jia)公園(yuan)(5A)、南沙(sha)景(jing)區(4A)、白山(shan)景區、烏石塘(tang)景(jing)區、佛學(xue)院等(deng)景(jing)區,也(ye)是舟(zhou)山群(qun)島核心旅(lv)遊(you)區域(yu)“普陀(tuo)旅遊(you)金(jin)三(san)角”的重要組(zu)成(cheng)部分。朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)景區交(jiao)通(tong)的問(wen)題(ti)主(zhu)要(yao)集(ji)中在路(lu)網結構、交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)、公(gong)共交(jiao)通(tong)等(deng)幾(ji)個方面(mian)。(1)路(lu)網結構——以舟(zhou)山朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區為例(li)朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區周邊主(zhu)要(yao)的公(gong)路(lu)有(you):329國道、朱(zhu)烏線(xian)、朱(zhu)樟線(xian)、朱(zhu)西(xi)線(xian)、廟(miao)筲線(xian)、香月(yue)線(xian)、龍(long)眼線(xian)、度(du)假(jia)村(cun)路(lu)等(deng)交(jiao)通(tong)要道,除(chu)了(le)329國道外(wai),公路(lu)等(deng)級(ji)普遍較低,受(shou)海(hai)島地形(xing)限制線(xian)形(xing)多曲(qu)折(zhe)環(huan)繞,且貫(guan)穿朱家(jia)尖(jian)與本(ben)島的東西(xi)走向(xiang)通(tong)道僅為(wei)329國(guo)道壹(yi)條(tiao)主線(xian);涉及(ji)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)鎮(zhen)城區的主(zhu)要(yao)城市道路(lu)呈“三(san)橫三(san)縱”布局模(mo)式,主要有(you)蓮(lian)花路、中欣(xin)路(lu)、大(da)同路、慶(qing)豐路(lu)、福興路(lu)、銀鷹路(lu)等(deng)道路(lu),多為(wei)雙向(xiang)兩(liang)車道的市政(zheng)道路(lu),道路(lu)通(tong)行能力有(you)限,對短(duan)時(shi)積聚(ju)的大(da)量(liang)外(wai)來旅遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)流的承(cheng)載能力十(shi)分有(you)限,道路(lu)供(gong)需矛(mao)盾十(shi)分(fen)突(tu)出(chu)。(2)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)景(jing)區周邊道路(lu)尚(shang)未形成規(gui)範(fan)有效(xiao)的交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)體(ti)系(xi),旅遊(you)旺(wang)季交(jiao)通(tong)管(guan)理壓力凸(tu)顯,停車供需矛(mao)盾突(tu)出(chu),景區周邊停車難(nan)、停車亂的現象(xiang)仍局部出現,勤(qin)務(wu)安(an)排牽制較多的警(jing)力。329國(guo)道與(yu)鎮(zhen)城區道路(lu)的部分交(jiao)叉(cha)口渠(qu)化(hua)不(bu)合(he)理,且(qie)未(wei)能與信號(hao)燈(deng)匹配(pei),存(cun)在(zai)交(jiao)通(tong)沖(chong)突(tu)點,影(ying)響(xiang)路口通(tong)行能力,是(shi)造成(cheng)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵和安(an)全隱(yin)患的主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因。(3)交(jiao)通(tong)設(she)施(shi)城區市政(zheng)道路(lu)配(pei)套設(she)施(shi)建(jian)設(she)嚴(yan)重滯後於景區旅遊(you)業(ye)及(ji)相應(ying)產(chan)業(ye)的快(kuai)速(su)發(fa)展(zhan),主要(yao)表現為(wei):交(jiao)叉(cha)路(lu)口交(jiao)通(tong)信號(hao)燈(deng)覆(fu)蓋率低,交(jiao)通(tong)技術監控(kong)設(she)備缺失(shi);交(jiao)通(tong)標線(xian)設(she)置(zhi)不(bu)規(gui)範(fan)、不(bu)合(he)理,缺(que)乏隔離(li)設(she)施(shi),導致(zhi)機非(fei)混(hun)行(xing)現象(xiang)嚴(yan)重;交(jiao)通(tong)標誌版面(mian)陳舊、內(nei)容(rong)信息有待更(geng)新,未(wei)能有效(xiao)突(tu)出(chu)旅遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)的引(yin)導功(gong)能,難(nan)以高(gao)效(xiao)地服(fu)務(wu)外(wai)地旅(lv)遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)。(4)公共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)配(pei)套公交(jiao)線(xian)路(lu)較少,缺(que)乏景區間(jian)點對點的旅(lv)遊(you)公(gong)交(jiao)專線(xian),公(gong)交(jiao)系(xi)統不(bu)發(fa)達(da),站點設(she)置(zhi)簡(jian)陋(lou),遊(you)客(ke)換乘不(bu)便(bian);公共自(zi)行(xing)車(che)尚(shang)未建(jian)設(she),普(pu)通(tong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)租(zu)賃服(fu)務(wu)有(you)待逐步推(tui)進(jin)和完(wan)善(shan)。(5)景區停車場(chang)目(mu)前,朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區主要(yao)有慈(ci)航廣場(chang)停車場(chang)、松帽尖(jian)停車場(chang)、南沙(sha)周(zhou)邊停車場(chang)、東沙臨時(shi)停車場(chang)、烏石塘(tang)景(jing)區停車場(chang)、印(yin)象(xiang)普(pu)陀(tuo)停車場(chang)、白山(shan)景區停車場(chang)、白沙(sha)碼頭(tou)停車場(chang)等(deng)幾(ji)處重要的停車場(chang),停車場(chang)分(fen)散(san)且管(guan)理不(bu)規(gui)範(fan)、不(bu)統(tong)壹(yi),缺(que)少有(you)效的停車誘(you)導設(she)施(shi),不(bu)利(li)於景區客(ke)流(liu)、交(jiao)通(tong)流的均衡(heng)分(fen)配(pei)。
二、完(wan)善(shan)路網改善(shan)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵節(jie)點
根(gen)據(ju)已(yi)經批復的《浙(zhe)江(jiang)舟(zhou)山群(qun)島新區(城市)總(zong)體(ti)規(gui)劃(hua)(2012-2030)》並結合(he)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)觀音法界(jie)規(gui)劃(hua),未來朱烏線(xian)道線(xian)形(xing)將(jiang)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)從(cong)田(tian)園(yuan)陽(yang)光(guang)農(nong)莊接出與329道路(lu)相接(jie),完(wan)善(shan)城區路網,避(bi)免(mian)車(che)輛(liang)從蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)區域(yu)繞行(xing),造成(cheng)區域(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵。針(zhen)對329國(guo)道方(fang)向(xiang)現為(wei)雙向(xiang)4車(che)道,主(zhu)線(xian)交(jiao)叉(cha)口進口道尚(shang)未展(zhan)寬(kuan),雖(sui)然(ran)交(jiao)通(tong)信號(hao)燈(deng)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)“左(zuo)轉(zhuan)+圓盤(pan)”,但(dan)是(shi)無(wu)單獨左(zuo)轉(zhuan)車道,主(zhu)流(liu)方向(xiang)路(lu)口渠(qu)化(hua)不(bu)合(he)理,導致(zhi)路(lu)口交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵的現象(xiang),建(jian)議(yi)利(li)用(yong)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)帶將路口進口車道展(zhan)寬(kuan),“漸(jian)變(bian)段(duan)+展(zhan)寬(kuan)段(duan)”設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)“15m+30m”,增加為(wei)三(san)個進口車道,車(che)道分(fen)別(bie)為左(zuo)轉(zhuan)、直(zhi)行(xing)、直(zhi)行(xing)右(you)轉(zhuan),采(cai)用(yong)中央(yang)護欄隔(ge)離(0.3m),進(jin)出(chu)口車道線(xian)型(xing)基(ji)本(ben)順(shun)接。針(zhen)對道路(lu)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)帶開(kai)口過(guo)多的現象(xiang),對事(shi)故(gu)隱(yin)患節(jie)點提(ti)出了改造矮(ai)株(zhu)綠(lv)化(hua)為(wei)草坪,並設(she)置(zhi)爆(bao)閃燈(deng)、減(jian)速震(zhen)蕩標線(xian)、警(jing)告(gao)標誌等(deng)設(she)施(shi),提醒過(guo)往車(che)輛(liang)在此(ci)處(chu)減(jian)速慢(man)行(xing),並根據(ju)周邊地(di)塊(kuai)開(kai)發情(qing)況,封(feng)閉(bi)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)開(kai)口,消除對329國(guo)道主(zhu)幹(gan)交(jiao)通(tong)的影(ying)響(xiang)。
三(san)、實(shi)行(xing)循環(huan)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)改善(shan)措施(shi)
旅遊(you)旺(wang)季的大(da)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi),建(jian)議(yi)臨(lin)時(shi)圍繞南沙(sha)大(da)停車場(chang)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)循(xun)環。近期(qi)設(she)置(zhi)臨(lin)時(shi)交(jiao)通(tong)標誌引(yin)導;遠期設(she)置(zhi)電子(zi)交(jiao)通(tong)標誌,警指(zhi)揮中心根(gen)據(ju)現場(chang)報(bao)告或(huo)視頻發(fa)現,啟(qi)動單向(xiang)循(xun)環。微循環(huan)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)方(fang)案如(ru)下:主(zhu)體(ti)思路(lu)采(cai)用(yong)逆時(shi)針(zhen)單向(xiang)循(xun)環,減(jian)少對向(xiang)車(che)輛(liang)沖(chong)突(tu),提(ti)高道路(lu)通(tong)行效(xiao)率,具(ju)體為(wei)1號(hao)停車場(chang)周(zhou)邊所(suo)有(you)道路(lu)均實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang),公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)也(ye)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)。據(ju)統計(ji),途經南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)的公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)有(you)朱(zhu)1線(xian)、及(ji)雙層(ceng)觀光(guang)巴(ba)士(shi),由於(yu)部分班(ban)次(ci)公(gong)交(jiao)車在(zai)南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)的停靠(kao)站位於(yu)1號(hao)停車場(chang)內(nei),若公交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)不(bu)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi),進(jin)出停車場(chang)的公(gong)交(jiao)車勢(shi)必會(hui)在(zai)部分路(lu)段(duan)與社會(hui)單行車輛(liang)形成(cheng)對向(xiang)沖(chong)突(tu)。因(yin)此(ci),需要臨(lin)時(shi)調(tiao)整(zheng)公(gong)交(jiao)站點位置(zhi),建(jian)議(yi)來程公交(jiao)車臨(lin)時(shi)停在原(yuan)先的南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)站點,回(hui)程公交(jiao)站點臨(lin)時(shi)設(she)置(zhi)在(zai)1號(hao)停車場(chang)東側道路(lu)上(shang),消除公交(jiao)車進(jin)出停車場(chang)時(shi)與(yu)社(she)會(hui)車輛(liang)形成(cheng)幹擾(rao),也(ye)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)與(yu)單向(xiang)車(che)輛(liang)的對向(xiang)沖(chong)突(tu)。此(ci)外(wai),為避(bi)免(mian)進(jin)入(ru)2號(hao)停車場(chang)的社(she)會(hui)車(che)輛(liang)在停車場(chang)入(ru)口左(zuo)轉(zhuan)與對向(xiang)直(zhi)行(xing)車輛(liang)造成(cheng)沖(chong)突(tu),建(jian)議(yi)進(jin)入(ru)2號(hao)停車場(chang)的車(che)輛(liang)也(ye)實(shi)行(xing)區域(yu)繞行(xing),避(bi)免(mian)因(yin)進(jin)口左(zuo)轉(zhuan)車輛(liang)引(yin)起(qi)局部交(jiao)通(tong)結點。
四(si)、完善(shan)公共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)
目前,朱家(jia)尖(jian)鎮(zhen)中心與(yu)各景(jing)區間(jian)公交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)僅2條(tiao),其(qi)中壹(yi)條(tiao)為朱(zhu)3線(xian),運(yun)營時(shi)間(jian)為05:40-18:00,朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)區域(yu)線(xian)路(lu)走(zou)向(xiang)為(wei):朱家(jia)尖(jian)跨海(hai)大橋(qiao)——蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)——白山(shan)——佛學院(yuan)——城區——南沙(sha)——東沙;另壹(yi)條(tiao)為雙層(ceng)旅(lv)遊(you)觀光(guang)巴(ba)士(shi),共38座(zuo)位,巴(ba)士(shi)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)為每(mei)天(tian)的8:00-17:00,班(ban)次(ci)間(jian)隔30分(fen)鐘(zhong),采(cai)用(yong)24小(xiao)時(shi)和48小(xiao)時(shi)有(you)效(xiao)票(piao)兩(liang)種,票(piao)價分別為3040元,該(gai)線(xian)路(lu)上(shang)座(zuo)率不(bu)高(gao),朱家(jia)尖(jian)島區域(yu)的運(yun)行(xing)線(xian)路(lu)為(wei)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)跨海(hai)大橋(qiao)——蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)——白山(shan)景區——佛學(xue)院——烏石塘(tang)——佛(fo)學(xue)院(yuan)——南沙(sha)。旅(lv)遊(you)高(gao)峰(feng)期(qi)客(ke)流(liu)轉(zhuan)駁能力有(you)限,遊(you)客(ke)大(da)多選(xuan)擇(ze)以自(zi)駕遊(you)的方(fang)式進入景(jing)區,導致(zhi)景(jing)區周邊道路(lu)行(xing)車、停車壓力明(ming)顯增大。建(jian)議(yi)以慈(ci)航(hang)廣場(chang)、松帽尖(jian)停車場(chang)、南沙(sha)停車場(chang)等(deng)停車場(chang)為(wei)依(yi)托(tuo),旅遊(you)旺(wang)季增設(she)用(yong)於景(jing)區間(jian)客(ke)流(liu)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的小(xiao)巴(ba)公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)及(ji)班(ban)次(ci),增加遊(you)客(ke)不(bu)同景區間(jian)遊(you)玩(wan)的便(bian)捷(jie)性,引(yin)導遊(you)客(ke)摒(bing)棄壹(yi)味(wei)使用(yong)私(si)家(jia)車作(zuo)為轉(zhuan)駁交(jiao)通(tong)工具(ju)的慣(guan)象(xiang),緩(huan)解景(jing)區周邊區域(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵,倡導短(duan)途綠色(se)出(chu)行。
五、結束語(yu)
本文(wen)提(ti)出(chu)的部分改善(shan)方案(an)經過(guo)論證(zheng)確(que)認科學(xue)合(he)理後,正在(zai)穩步推(tui)進(jin)實(shi)施(shi),改善(shan)效果(guo)待改造完(wan)成後經對比分析即可進壹(yi)步驗證(zheng),經過(guo)實(shi)踐(jian)運(yun)行(xing)進(jin)壹(yi)步總(zong)結改善(shan)方案(an)存(cun)在(zai)的問(wen)題(ti),並進行(xing)優(you)化(hua)調(tiao)整(zheng),保(bao)證良好(hao)的實(shi)施(shi)效果(guo),本文(wen)作(zuo)者會進壹(yi)步關註(zhu)方(fang)案(an)實(shi)施(shi)效果(guo),結合(he)實(shi)際(ji)調研(yan)數(shu)據(ju),並進行(xing)相關實(shi)踐(jian)運(yun)行(xing)分(fen)析,以不(bu)斷(duan)優(you)化(hua)調(tiao)整(zheng)改善(shan)方案(an),保(bao)障(zhang)良好(hao)的實(shi)施(shi)效果(guo)。

朱家(jia)尖(jian)是舟(zhou)山群(qun)島的第(di)五大島,全島面(mian)積72平方公(gong)裏(li),全島分布有(you)大(da)青(qing)山(shan)國家(jia)公園(yuan)(5A)、南沙(sha)景(jing)區(4A)、白山(shan)景區、烏石塘(tang)景(jing)區、佛學(xue)院等(deng)景(jing)區,也(ye)是舟(zhou)山群(qun)島核心旅(lv)遊(you)區域(yu)“普陀(tuo)旅遊(you)金(jin)三(san)角”的重要組(zu)成(cheng)部分。朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)景區交(jiao)通(tong)的問(wen)題(ti)主(zhu)要(yao)集(ji)中在路(lu)網結構、交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)、公(gong)共交(jiao)通(tong)等(deng)幾(ji)個方面(mian)。(1)路(lu)網結構——以舟(zhou)山朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區為例(li)朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區周邊主(zhu)要(yao)的公(gong)路(lu)有(you):329國道、朱(zhu)烏線(xian)、朱(zhu)樟線(xian)、朱(zhu)西(xi)線(xian)、廟(miao)筲線(xian)、香月(yue)線(xian)、龍(long)眼線(xian)、度(du)假(jia)村(cun)路(lu)等(deng)交(jiao)通(tong)要道,除(chu)了(le)329國道外(wai),公路(lu)等(deng)級(ji)普遍較低,受(shou)海(hai)島地形(xing)限制線(xian)形(xing)多曲(qu)折(zhe)環(huan)繞,且貫(guan)穿朱家(jia)尖(jian)與本(ben)島的東西(xi)走向(xiang)通(tong)道僅為(wei)329國(guo)道壹(yi)條(tiao)主線(xian);涉及(ji)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)鎮(zhen)城區的主(zhu)要(yao)城市道路(lu)呈“三(san)橫三(san)縱”布局模(mo)式,主要有(you)蓮(lian)花路、中欣(xin)路(lu)、大(da)同路、慶(qing)豐路(lu)、福興路(lu)、銀鷹路(lu)等(deng)道路(lu),多為(wei)雙向(xiang)兩(liang)車道的市政(zheng)道路(lu),道路(lu)通(tong)行能力有(you)限,對短(duan)時(shi)積聚(ju)的大(da)量(liang)外(wai)來旅遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)流的承(cheng)載能力十(shi)分有(you)限,道路(lu)供(gong)需矛(mao)盾十(shi)分(fen)突(tu)出(chu)。(2)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)景(jing)區周邊道路(lu)尚(shang)未形成規(gui)範(fan)有效(xiao)的交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)體(ti)系(xi),旅遊(you)旺(wang)季交(jiao)通(tong)管(guan)理壓力凸(tu)顯,停車供需矛(mao)盾突(tu)出(chu),景區周邊停車難(nan)、停車亂的現象(xiang)仍局部出現,勤(qin)務(wu)安(an)排牽制較多的警(jing)力。329國(guo)道與(yu)鎮(zhen)城區道路(lu)的部分交(jiao)叉(cha)口渠(qu)化(hua)不(bu)合(he)理,且(qie)未(wei)能與信號(hao)燈(deng)匹配(pei),存(cun)在(zai)交(jiao)通(tong)沖(chong)突(tu)點,影(ying)響(xiang)路口通(tong)行能力,是(shi)造成(cheng)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵和安(an)全隱(yin)患的主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因。(3)交(jiao)通(tong)設(she)施(shi)城區市政(zheng)道路(lu)配(pei)套設(she)施(shi)建(jian)設(she)嚴(yan)重滯後於景區旅遊(you)業(ye)及(ji)相應(ying)產(chan)業(ye)的快(kuai)速(su)發(fa)展(zhan),主要(yao)表現為(wei):交(jiao)叉(cha)路(lu)口交(jiao)通(tong)信號(hao)燈(deng)覆(fu)蓋率低,交(jiao)通(tong)技術監控(kong)設(she)備缺失(shi);交(jiao)通(tong)標線(xian)設(she)置(zhi)不(bu)規(gui)範(fan)、不(bu)合(he)理,缺(que)乏隔離(li)設(she)施(shi),導致(zhi)機非(fei)混(hun)行(xing)現象(xiang)嚴(yan)重;交(jiao)通(tong)標誌版面(mian)陳舊、內(nei)容(rong)信息有待更(geng)新,未(wei)能有效(xiao)突(tu)出(chu)旅遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)的引(yin)導功(gong)能,難(nan)以高(gao)效(xiao)地服(fu)務(wu)外(wai)地旅(lv)遊(you)交(jiao)通(tong)。(4)公共(gong)交(jiao)通(tong)配(pei)套公交(jiao)線(xian)路(lu)較少,缺(que)乏景區間(jian)點對點的旅(lv)遊(you)公(gong)交(jiao)專線(xian),公(gong)交(jiao)系(xi)統不(bu)發(fa)達(da),站點設(she)置(zhi)簡(jian)陋(lou),遊(you)客(ke)換乘不(bu)便(bian);公共自(zi)行(xing)車(che)尚(shang)未建(jian)設(she),普(pu)通(tong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)租(zu)賃服(fu)務(wu)有(you)待逐步推(tui)進(jin)和完(wan)善(shan)。(5)景區停車場(chang)目(mu)前,朱家(jia)尖(jian)景區主要(yao)有慈(ci)航廣場(chang)停車場(chang)、松帽尖(jian)停車場(chang)、南沙(sha)周(zhou)邊停車場(chang)、東沙臨時(shi)停車場(chang)、烏石塘(tang)景(jing)區停車場(chang)、印(yin)象(xiang)普(pu)陀(tuo)停車場(chang)、白山(shan)景區停車場(chang)、白沙(sha)碼頭(tou)停車場(chang)等(deng)幾(ji)處重要的停車場(chang),停車場(chang)分(fen)散(san)且管(guan)理不(bu)規(gui)範(fan)、不(bu)統(tong)壹(yi),缺(que)少有(you)效的停車誘(you)導設(she)施(shi),不(bu)利(li)於景區客(ke)流(liu)、交(jiao)通(tong)流的均衡(heng)分(fen)配(pei)。
二、完(wan)善(shan)路網改善(shan)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵節(jie)點
根(gen)據(ju)已(yi)經批復的《浙(zhe)江(jiang)舟(zhou)山群(qun)島新區(城市)總(zong)體(ti)規(gui)劃(hua)(2012-2030)》並結合(he)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)觀音法界(jie)規(gui)劃(hua),未來朱烏線(xian)道線(xian)形(xing)將(jiang)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua)從(cong)田(tian)園(yuan)陽(yang)光(guang)農(nong)莊接出與329道路(lu)相接(jie),完(wan)善(shan)城區路網,避(bi)免(mian)車(che)輛(liang)從蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)區域(yu)繞行(xing),造成(cheng)區域(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵。針(zhen)對329國(guo)道方(fang)向(xiang)現為(wei)雙向(xiang)4車(che)道,主(zhu)線(xian)交(jiao)叉(cha)口進口道尚(shang)未展(zhan)寬(kuan),雖(sui)然(ran)交(jiao)通(tong)信號(hao)燈(deng)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)“左(zuo)轉(zhuan)+圓盤(pan)”,但(dan)是(shi)無(wu)單獨左(zuo)轉(zhuan)車道,主(zhu)流(liu)方向(xiang)路(lu)口渠(qu)化(hua)不(bu)合(he)理,導致(zhi)路(lu)口交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵的現象(xiang),建(jian)議(yi)利(li)用(yong)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)帶將路口進口車道展(zhan)寬(kuan),“漸(jian)變(bian)段(duan)+展(zhan)寬(kuan)段(duan)”設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)“15m+30m”,增加為(wei)三(san)個進口車道,車(che)道分(fen)別(bie)為左(zuo)轉(zhuan)、直(zhi)行(xing)、直(zhi)行(xing)右(you)轉(zhuan),采(cai)用(yong)中央(yang)護欄隔(ge)離(0.3m),進(jin)出(chu)口車道線(xian)型(xing)基(ji)本(ben)順(shun)接。針(zhen)對道路(lu)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)帶開(kai)口過(guo)多的現象(xiang),對事(shi)故(gu)隱(yin)患節(jie)點提(ti)出了改造矮(ai)株(zhu)綠(lv)化(hua)為(wei)草坪,並設(she)置(zhi)爆(bao)閃燈(deng)、減(jian)速震(zhen)蕩標線(xian)、警(jing)告(gao)標誌等(deng)設(she)施(shi),提醒過(guo)往車(che)輛(liang)在此(ci)處(chu)減(jian)速慢(man)行(xing),並根據(ju)周邊地(di)塊(kuai)開(kai)發情(qing)況,封(feng)閉(bi)中央(yang)綠(lv)化(hua)開(kai)口,消除對329國(guo)道主(zhu)幹(gan)交(jiao)通(tong)的影(ying)響(xiang)。
三(san)、實(shi)行(xing)循環(huan)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)改善(shan)措施(shi)
旅遊(you)旺(wang)季的大(da)流(liu)量(liang)時(shi),建(jian)議(yi)臨(lin)時(shi)圍繞南沙(sha)大(da)停車場(chang)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)循(xun)環。近期(qi)設(she)置(zhi)臨(lin)時(shi)交(jiao)通(tong)標誌引(yin)導;遠期設(she)置(zhi)電子(zi)交(jiao)通(tong)標誌,警指(zhi)揮中心根(gen)據(ju)現場(chang)報(bao)告或(huo)視頻發(fa)現,啟(qi)動單向(xiang)循(xun)環。微循環(huan)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)方(fang)案如(ru)下:主(zhu)體(ti)思路(lu)采(cai)用(yong)逆時(shi)針(zhen)單向(xiang)循(xun)環,減(jian)少對向(xiang)車(che)輛(liang)沖(chong)突(tu),提(ti)高道路(lu)通(tong)行效(xiao)率,具(ju)體為(wei)1號(hao)停車場(chang)周(zhou)邊所(suo)有(you)道路(lu)均實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang),公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)也(ye)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi)。據(ju)統計(ji),途經南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)的公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)有(you)朱(zhu)1線(xian)、及(ji)雙層(ceng)觀光(guang)巴(ba)士(shi),由於(yu)部分班(ban)次(ci)公(gong)交(jiao)車在(zai)南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)的停靠(kao)站位於(yu)1號(hao)停車場(chang)內(nei),若公交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)不(bu)實(shi)行(xing)單向(xiang)交(jiao)通(tong)組織(zhi),進(jin)出停車場(chang)的公(gong)交(jiao)車勢(shi)必會(hui)在(zai)部分路(lu)段(duan)與社會(hui)單行車輛(liang)形成(cheng)對向(xiang)沖(chong)突(tu)。因(yin)此(ci),需要臨(lin)時(shi)調(tiao)整(zheng)公(gong)交(jiao)站點位置(zhi),建(jian)議(yi)來程公交(jiao)車臨(lin)時(shi)停在原(yuan)先的南沙(sha)廣(guang)場(chang)站點,回(hui)程公交(jiao)站點臨(lin)時(shi)設(she)置(zhi)在(zai)1號(hao)停車場(chang)東側道路(lu)上(shang),消除公交(jiao)車進(jin)出停車場(chang)時(shi)與(yu)社(she)會(hui)車輛(liang)形成(cheng)幹擾(rao),也(ye)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)與(yu)單向(xiang)車(che)輛(liang)的對向(xiang)沖(chong)突(tu)。此(ci)外(wai),為避(bi)免(mian)進(jin)入(ru)2號(hao)停車場(chang)的社(she)會(hui)車(che)輛(liang)在停車場(chang)入(ru)口左(zuo)轉(zhuan)與對向(xiang)直(zhi)行(xing)車輛(liang)造成(cheng)沖(chong)突(tu),建(jian)議(yi)進(jin)入(ru)2號(hao)停車場(chang)的車(che)輛(liang)也(ye)實(shi)行(xing)區域(yu)繞行(xing),避(bi)免(mian)因(yin)進(jin)口左(zuo)轉(zhuan)車輛(liang)引(yin)起(qi)局部交(jiao)通(tong)結點。

目前,朱家(jia)尖(jian)鎮(zhen)中心與(yu)各景(jing)區間(jian)公交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)僅2條(tiao),其(qi)中壹(yi)條(tiao)為朱(zhu)3線(xian),運(yun)營時(shi)間(jian)為05:40-18:00,朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)區域(yu)線(xian)路(lu)走(zou)向(xiang)為(wei):朱家(jia)尖(jian)跨海(hai)大橋(qiao)——蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)——白山(shan)——佛學院(yuan)——城區——南沙(sha)——東沙;另壹(yi)條(tiao)為雙層(ceng)旅(lv)遊(you)觀光(guang)巴(ba)士(shi),共38座(zuo)位,巴(ba)士(shi)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)為每(mei)天(tian)的8:00-17:00,班(ban)次(ci)間(jian)隔30分(fen)鐘(zhong),采(cai)用(yong)24小(xiao)時(shi)和48小(xiao)時(shi)有(you)效(xiao)票(piao)兩(liang)種,票(piao)價分別為3040元,該(gai)線(xian)路(lu)上(shang)座(zuo)率不(bu)高(gao),朱家(jia)尖(jian)島區域(yu)的運(yun)行(xing)線(xian)路(lu)為(wei)朱(zhu)家(jia)尖(jian)跨海(hai)大橋(qiao)——蜈(wu)蚣峙(zhi)碼頭(tou)——白山(shan)景區——佛學(xue)院——烏石塘(tang)——佛(fo)學(xue)院(yuan)——南沙(sha)。旅(lv)遊(you)高(gao)峰(feng)期(qi)客(ke)流(liu)轉(zhuan)駁能力有(you)限,遊(you)客(ke)大(da)多選(xuan)擇(ze)以自(zi)駕遊(you)的方(fang)式進入景(jing)區,導致(zhi)景(jing)區周邊道路(lu)行(xing)車、停車壓力明(ming)顯增大。建(jian)議(yi)以慈(ci)航(hang)廣場(chang)、松帽尖(jian)停車場(chang)、南沙(sha)停車場(chang)等(deng)停車場(chang)為(wei)依(yi)托(tuo),旅遊(you)旺(wang)季增設(she)用(yong)於景(jing)區間(jian)客(ke)流(liu)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的小(xiao)巴(ba)公(gong)交(jiao)班(ban)線(xian)及(ji)班(ban)次(ci),增加遊(you)客(ke)不(bu)同景區間(jian)遊(you)玩(wan)的便(bian)捷(jie)性,引(yin)導遊(you)客(ke)摒(bing)棄壹(yi)味(wei)使用(yong)私(si)家(jia)車作(zuo)為轉(zhuan)駁交(jiao)通(tong)工具(ju)的慣(guan)象(xiang),緩(huan)解景(jing)區周邊區域(yu)交(jiao)通(tong)擁堵,倡導短(duan)途綠色(se)出(chu)行。
